Multiple calls, even after being asked to be removed from the caller list.

The caller ID says "UT ST CANNON HL.  I attempted to call the number back, but the message says "The number is presently not in service."

I don't know if this is really a government phone (as the phone number format would indicate), or if another company is spoofing the number. On a previous call, they wanted me to take a 10+ minute survey with personal health questions.

I'd recommend refusing to take the survey (who are you really giving your peronsal information to). They claim to be the Health department, but the tactics (today, just hanging up) are less than professional.

On the other hand, the Utah health department used to count any obituary that did not list a cause of death as a statistic for an AIDS death.  So whoe knows what's going on?

Note: In March 2012, computer hackers broke into a Utah State government server and stole the Social Security nmbers of up to 280,000 perople, and less-sensitive information for up to an additional 500,000 users.

Even though the phone number 'appears' to be from the Utah Health department, I would not give up any personal information. The fact that they keep calling back after being asked to stop should be a big clue as to the nature of the caller.

Note: The tite: UT ST CANNON indicate the Cannon building, which is a Utah governemnt building. The Utah health department website is at http://www.health.utah.gov.

They have called her 4 times now.  Once at just before 9 p.m.  I have told them I am not interested.  A few minutes ago I told the lady they had already called 3 times and she said "I was asked to call a fourth time."  I am very tired of the rude people calling me.

The message I heard when calling back explained that the number was a Cannon Bldg. number that was no longer in service.

This woman keeps calling, I answered a few times before and stated we are not interested and she would not budge and still tried to interrupt me, then I had to disconnect the call. She then calls after I have advised that there is no adult male in this household and to take my number off the calling list, she had the nerve to call me in an hour and ask questions again stating she's taking another route and wanting to know who and what age people are living in my house, I got upset and told her "that is none of her damn business who lives in my house, we are not interested in your survey so stop calling and take my number off your calling list"!!! She then tried to tell me she's with the Utah department of health and like that is going to change my mind, ugh these people are really getting on my last nerves, I am going to change my phone number but I would hate to change my  number just because they won't respect my wishes and stop calling here.

Just got a call from this number. They wanted health screening info on the occupants of the household to best determine which FEMA relocation camp to send the occupants to in 2016.

This number has renewed attempts to contact. I received a phone call on 11/18/13 @ 2045 MST. They ask some very personal questions. As someone exempt from state and federal surveys, I found this call very suspicious. Will be recording my next interaction and filing reports with local and state law enforcement agencies. Recommendation: Do not answer!

UT State Gvt- never answered the call, never will.  This is probably the fifth time they have called me in the last month or so.  This time, this evening, it the call came in about 9pm.

I never answer numbers that I don't recognize.  If the number is legit, they will leave message and I will call back.  I always look up numbers you do not recognize BEFORE you answer.

They call constantly on our "burner" cell phone that we only buy by the minute for emergencies, they have used all my minutes calling. When I talk to the them and explain the situation they keep me on the phone for a long time and say there is nothing I can do about blocking them because they are a government entity and the "do not call" doesn't apply to them. It is non-stop even though I have tried and tried to explain this to them. They are RUDE and then try and sell me a cell phone when I explain that I only have this for emergencies and just buy by the minute. I have tried to call the office 801-538-6003 and once I explain the situation they "transfer me to someone who will certainly have my number removed" but it is a message desk and it just keeps happening. MADDENING!!! And they want to run the health care, what a joke!!

You're being duped, for goodness sakes. Nobody from the Utah State Health Dept (or any other State dept, for that matter) is ever going to call you, period. Stop being so gullible and read the info posted in this link:  http://www.health.utah.gov/databreach/if-your-data-was-stolen.html

Seriously, don't you people ever watch or read the news...at all?? The State was HACKED. A whole lot of people had their information stolen... including those of us who are getting these calls. As Jaqueline said, it is NOT the State that is calling you. The State has better things to do with their time; like hopefully working on their online security system. Quit answering calls from this number and wasting your time chit-chatting with these a**holes.

They have called several times in the week and said they're from the Utah Health and Human Services and CDC and want to ask questions about your health and health practices. They claimed I was selected from a sample of phone numbers. I told them to call back next day and they did but I did not answer. They kept calling so I picked it up and they said is this a good time to ask you questions. I said yes. They said when would be a better time? I said what the heck I just said yes. They hung up. I don't know if they're hacked or what but that's my experience.
