the  left a message for me but I currently do not have an account with them  they are harrassing me at home

Over the years I have received phone calls from this group wanting to talk to a Jessica E. I have called them each time explaining that the number they have reached is not hers, that I have owned this number for 1 and 2 years. They say they will make a note of it and take off the number but inevitably they ignore it and call again. I am sick and tired of them doing this and I dont understand why they continue to try to contact her on my number. The number they keep calling on is my cell, they had also called on my home number but after a few times of me explaining that the number they are using is not Jessica's. And this time when they called they did so 4 times, on Jun 10, 13, 14, & 16. Two calls came from two different people and the last two were an automated kind of call, plus with these two calls they said everything in english and then repeated in spanish but when they said the numbers it was in english, go figure. There should be some kind of law against these repeated calls and for repeated calling a number they have been told is not the person's who they were trying to contact.

These guys are the nicest agency ever... I like to pay my bills cause Jesus told me that is a good thing to do, and I want to go to Heaven when I die!!! Pay your bills

This company has been calling my phone for months and months.  They think my phone number belongs to a guy named Chris Jensen who had the number before me.  I've had this phone since June 17th of 2007 through Cricket.  I've just ignored unknown numbers until one day, quite recently, when my brother Daniel was using my phone to call places looking for a job.  This number called my phone that day.  My brother called them back thinking it might have been a place he applied with.  They called back after my brother hung up on them thinking my brother was this Chris Jensen fellow.  I answered it.  The lady I talked to was very rude and asked how I knew Chirs's last name.  I told her that Blockbuster video calls almost every week asking for dvd's back from him.  The electronic person leaving me the messeges from blockbuster says his full name.  Anyway, they called again today and I ignored it like I usually do.  But it made me very angry that they did even after I told them that Chris Jensen doesn't have the number anymore.  So I got online and searched the phone number.  I found this website and am overjoyed that I get to finally do something about this.

These People don't care they keep calling my number also lets all get there phone numbers. and start calling them.
I see pissedoff found out who they are.

Called my place of employment, looking for a fellow employee stating that it is "URGENT!!!!" that she contact them "IMMEDIATELY!!!!!!!!" Is it my mistake or is it against the Fair Debt Collection act to call a person's place of employment other than to verify that they work there?  Secondly, are they not supposed to disclose who it they are in terms of their business name when leaving a message???  One would thing with the advent of caller ID and the Internet, these folks would get a clue that we don't have to talk to them.  It is all well and fine to hope that people pay their bills but it should be noted that people get behind for various reasons that have little to do being irresponsible or dishonest. Additionally, subjecting anybody to the kind of harassment I read about on here is ridiculous.

Called for my mother, who is at the hospital with my father (who is recovering from a stroke and septic shock). I don't know the details of any alleged debt, but the guy, "Bill," called me an idiot and a liar when I insisted she wasn't home and refused to give them her cell number.

You gotta be kidding me! I got a call for my daughter's girlfriend stating that it was urgent that she call Adam as soon as possible and that this was not a sales call. The only reason I can think of for them calling me is that may be she used me as a reference for something, but I have NO relationship with the person they tried to contact nor any way to contact her.

these people keep calling my husband even after he's paid his portion of the bill.  Every other hospital collection agency has been nice and has accepted his divorce decree and cut his bill in half and given his ex wife a bill for the other half of the doctor bills in their kids' names.  This agency is telling him that it's against the law to do that and they are going to report this bill on his credit.  They are real jerks when they call. There should be a law against collection agencies harassing people.

These people keep calling my cell phone, looking for a Nathan Ford. I have no clue who he is. I press 4 as instructed to let them know they have not reached Nathan Ford but a wrong number. Then they say they will remove my number from their record but they continue calling me back instead.

I looked them up on www.switchboard.com and found the contact info above. Hope this helps others end the harassing phone calls.

I spoke with them.  They called me for some jerk named Dave (yes, I get a lot of phone calls for him--pay your bills!) and they had the temerity to hang up when I asked to speak with a manager.  I called back and spoke with them and got their addresses.

If you want them to stop completely you have to send them a Cease & Desist and cite the Fair Debt Collections Practices Act.

I'm reporting them to the BBB and the FTC for terminating the phone call when I asked to speak to a manager--turns this into a harassing phone call.

They called me earlier and I responded to misslink, I did a little more digging as they are going to get a C&D from me.  Here is more information

One of their workers (jeremiah) Actually contacted my husband on FACEBOOK and started insulting him and making fun of him. Do NOT use this company. They are very immature. I have the emails and messages to prove it. We are filing harrassment charges.

follow through with it, but also report it to the ACA(american collections association) with you email messages
