Claims to have a cilvil matter pending. Legal action will be taken if you don't return call

A Martin Riley has called me stating he is a CPS investigator. and I am going to court. I called CPS they have nothing and no Martin Riley. I also called the court house and they have no cases pending on me. This is not funny when they are threatening me with a law suit on my children. I tried to call this number it takes me to an automated msg and I cannot get threw to this supposed Martin Riley. Police have been called and reports have been made with both CPS and the police.

Here we go again.  Another call about a civil suit and action will be taken.   Gene Wright calling, press any key to be connected to plaintiff but when I did it disconnected.

Very tired of these robo calls for my son who has never lived at this phone number.

I've been having the same issue. The number and investigator calling me about civil matter. What is it? anyone know? The company he gave is an architect not legal office he works for. Help?

This number keeps calling saying that there is a legal case awaiting trial and if no contact is made then the statement will be given as guilty or something of that matter. So annoying!

I keep getting calls saying I have fraud attached to my name, from some online payday loan company. I never took out an online loan. They had a lot of my personal information, and they said if I didn't agree to an out of court settlement, I was going to be served with papers to appear in court. They also said that there was a detainment order attached to the serve notice. I called the police, and they said that I couldn't get arrested for a civil matter. But, I still got a call saying they were by my house, and on their way to come arrest me. Those calls were coming from a private number. The guy never showed up, and he has only called me once since then, but I didn't answer. This is just a scare tactic to get money from people.

What a SCAM!  These people of the lowest pond scum that is out there

I get this call all the time  I call them back told them the name of the so call person that they are looking does have this number and that they are a robo call tellmarketer service she wanted to know what my name is I told no that I wasn't going to her my name, she told me that she was not going to take my number of the do not call list

This number has called me before using an automated system, when I answer they claim to be a law firm with a case pending in my name and when I pressed them for info the first time instead of being scared and giving in, they suddenly had a bad connection and then disconnected an I couldn't get them back when I called again. They keep calling my brother as a contact for me, and leave a different "law firm" name each time. When they call they never leave a return phone number in the message but they always leave a "case number" so I called the number on my caller ID and got a person again this time and asked who they were and they asked who was and said they wouldn't identify themselves until I did so because I might be "A UNI-BOMBER" trying to get they're address to come leave a bomb at they place of business. I told them I don't give in to phishing scams and hung up.

They are collecting for an online payday loan.

A call threatening legal issue, with no evidence of such, and no possible way of this being true.

Got 2 calls today looking for a Shauna Hubbard and I to them they had the wrong number and then asked my name and I told them again they had the wrong number and remarked this is either Diane Hubbard or it is not and I said that is not who you asked for and not to call again.  Proceeded to tell if I did not return the call with the case # I would be going to court.
