They call and call and call never identifying themselves and then hanging up

Same here - they keep calling and never ID themselves

They continue to call and hang up even when I have answered. Called back and got a voice mail for a "Kim Roswell"-Left message for her to quit calling and f*****g haning up-this is harassment. So guess I will see if I can get an answer.

Many, many calls - no message but they stay on the line long enough for my answering machine to record dead air - so I have sometimes 5 or 6 messages a day on the machine.

yes, this number has been calling me three to four times daily and never leave a message and when i do answer it's just dead air.  as i see from the above notes, some people say its a collection agency.  i'm paid on all of my bills and paid extra so i'm not certain that would be my case.

I t is against the law in the state of texas to not let you know who is calling, other than the phone numer.  This has been reported>>>>>>>>>>

i got a call from this number and the person left a voice message with her name. the next day i returned the call and got an associate of the person that left the message. after checking my name and telephone number she told me that there was no record of me and said it must have been a mistake. the next evening i again got a voice message from the same telephone number but a different person. what is going on with these people?

this is from aspire. these people are part of compucredit. they will not leave information which is against the law.

Ive been getting a call from this number 3-6 times a day for a solid week now. Who the hell are they? Why won't they answer my questions when I call back to ask them that?

Im in DONOTCALL.GOV LIST , pleaseeeeeeeeeeee somebody has to do something about it , Im so tired , with this kind the stupid call , i recorded in my message voicemail Im in do not call .gov list ,and we re not accepting calls from marketers and they call every f... day many times a day .STOP TO CALL TO MAY HOUSE,

It is not against the law for them to identify themselves by the name of the company and to state who they are calling for. It is also not against the law for them to state if they are calling in an attempt to collect a debt. It IS against the law for them to call and speak to anyone other then the person they are seeking and give any further information. It IS against the law for them to leave personal information such as account numbers, etc on an answering machine. It also is against the law for them to call you 10 times a day and never leave a message of any kind, that is considered harrassment.

I get the same call over and over and over again. I just recently got my cell number and guess the person before me had problems - I just ignore them but they dont seem to go away

Calls and never leaves a message, usually during work hours in Maryland.

These people keep calling my number asking for a person I've never heard of and it's impossible to understand the name they're saying.  They are extremely rude and I am tired of their calls.  They keep asking how long I've had my cell number and I told them that it was none of their business and they responded that it was,  I called the number back and whoever answered the phone was equally rude.

i'm in La. who do i need to contact in order to report phone abuse?
