Thank you for that information (about online pharmacy from India).  It kept calling my old cell phone number (that I don't use anymore) and it kept hanging up.  Now I don't have to wonder who it was from.

I believe that this caller is trying to get me to renew a prescription over the phone from mdenterprise. a company I've bought prescriptions from online. The caller was initially a woman, now it's a man. I told the man I didn't want to renew over the phone, that this was a cell phone and that I didn't want to hear from him again. He called again later, said hello Robert, then hung up. Since the number called is from Utah, I plan to warn him (via texting, if his phone accepts texts) that I will report him to the Utah Attorney Generals office if he keeps calling. I also plan to email mdenterprise on their website and complain about harrassing calls.

I answered stating " New York Police Dept, officer Wilson speaking, please state the nature of your emergency" ......The lady said "do you need to order any drugs". I told her I was the Police and that she reached an emergency line. She than hung-up.

A man called said he was from GNC Pharmacy & wanted to renew my presription, I toild him I do not buy drugs on the phone - he said Ok Bye. Now that number keeps repeatedly caling me, so I emailed GNC & told them to check their files as they may be compromised by a scammer. My # is on the do not call list, they pay no attention.

I get several calls from this number.  I did answer it one time and said some very very rude and profound things to the person.  The calls stopped for a few weeks.  But now I'm getting them again.  Hmmm.... maybe I need to be a little more creative next time with the person.

The phone calls from (801) 742-8160 and other (801) numbers were becoming so much of a nuisance I am now paying my cell phone provider a monthly fee to have their numbers blocked. It was the only solution because, well lets face it, changing your phone number is even more of a hassle!

I exchanged emails with mdenterprise.com. I was told they would remove my cell phone # from their database and forward my request to their "affiliates" not to be called. It takes about a week to be removed from the system. They said that some telemarketers, though, are out of their control. We'll see what happens.

These [***] are tenacious.  I've tried asking nicely to be taken off their list (god forbid they should follow the law), I've tired yelling, and simply telling them they have the wrong number.  They don't seem to care - they just keep calling.  Idiots.  I would love to know how they got my #.
