received a call from 801 742 8745.  Did not answer as I suspected a possible telemarking call.    they left no message.  They have called before........leaving no message.

They called, hung up.I called back, I kept getting message telling me, my phone call would not go thru. No reason for this on my end. I have local and long distance, and this was a local call.

This number called and left no message.  

I keep getting calls from this number at different times of the day. They never leave a message.

They called me on different days and did not leave a message.

get calls from this number 801-742-8745 they just hang up. I did a reverse look up and got no name but from 360networks (USA) Landline in Salt Lake City

Get calls from 303-355-5255. Reverse lookup says the name is Services Member out of Detroit Michigan.

I decided to answer the call this time because I did not find good info here.  They were calling to tell me that they are sending a package in the mail selling identity theft protection.  They had my name, address, and phone number already.  The person also said that they would call back in a week ... presumably a sales person will call.  I am on the do not call registry.  I was not in the mood to complain to the caller about the apparent violation.  These kind of calls are why my mom, sister, and wife don't answer the phone for an unknown caller.  They wait for me to answer the phone.

801 742-8745,  Number called on April 28 2014 and hung-up before the call went to the answering machine.  If this number calls again they will hear, "The number you called has been disconnected"  We are done with this number forever.

I saw the caller ID# 801-742-8745 and the notification it was slc city Utah....not sure the rest of it but it wasn't something I recognized. I had been getting quite a few scam calls this month and I decided to see if anyone answered. It took a minute for someone to answer. It was a lady with an accent, possibly African or Jamaican. She said she was with .... identity protection. I didn't get the full name but she launched right into asking me personal questions. I thought to myself, "what a great way to scam people and get their information". Of course, I didn't give her any information. I told her that I was not going to answer her questions and told her I was on the DO NOT CALL REGISTRY!!!! (I wonder why I bothered to sign up on that registry-it's not doing any good!). She said she would take my phone number off her list and hung up.

caller id showed: Secure ID, which is fake to mask real company identity. No message, nothing. Guessing telemarketer. On Do Not Call list. Does not stop these calls.

Telemarketing scam. Shows up on Caller ID simply as: V43013563900609.
Man with a foreign accent said he was calling from "Secure ID" and told me I had been "selected to see if I qualified for a free service", then says, "You are between 50 and 64, right?"
I just laughed at him and hung up.

received call from 801-742-8745 and answered. They did not say anything to me at all. I kept saying hello and then I finally stated look if you are not going to say anything then don't ever call this number again. I am also on the do not call list but it doesn't help. I Usually I don't answer but calls from unknown numbers have turned out to be family but next time I see this number I will just switch the fax machine on !!!!

Interesting, since 303 is a Denver area code.

SCAMMER!  If you don't answer the phone the first time (Robo call), your lucky  If you are one of the unfortunates ones who answer this call, DO NOT CONFIRM ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH THE CALLER....START MAKING UP STUFF, MAYBE THEY WILL MOVE ON TO ANOTHER PERSON.  Since answering the first call almost 2 weeks ago, I get daily calls from different numbers TRYING TO SCAM (CONFIRM) MY PERSONAL INFORMATION...Usually tell them my name is "Mr. Protect Yourself," then they hang up, but there is no end to the calls.  FORGET PRESSING 2 to be removed from a call list...SCAMMERS don't care about rules!

When these people call you again and you mistakenly answer, stay on the line an waste their time...tell them your "Mr. or Mrs. Protect Yourself" and see what happens.

Dead phone, then dial tone. Maybe the do not call list is getting through, doubt it. Worked first time but now the hackers know the tricks.

Caller ID says Secure ID.  The bags of scum are also using 714-551-6850.
