I let the phone ring 3 times and then picked up. I waited 2-3 seconds and then stated our company name without using any personal names. Usually that weeds out any robo-dialers, because if the computer doesn't hear a real voice in a couple of seconds, it hangs up. That is what this number did. I suspect it is just another scammer phishing for information The area code covers Salt Lake City and the surrounding area in Utah, but it may be a spoofed number, since 411 does not show it as a real number.

They call 3 times a day every other day and never say anything.

I get calls from this number from time to time...today I missed three calls from this number in one hour.

This is an attorney's office, they called me, telling me that they going to sue me for Investment Fraud.

This number calls me 2-4 times a day for the past few months!  I cannot answer the call because it's automated to press one to speak to a rep or two to leave a voicemail, but the call always hangs up if you press either number.  Its driving me crazy.  I am not sure what phone number they are calling me at because I have two numbers forwarded to my cell.  I called the number back and you have listen to a long automated voicemail, something financially related, before you know where to direct your call and then they have an automated system that you type in the number you want taken off their list.  So I do not want to give them all three of my numbers to see which one might be on the list so I can supposedly be taken off their list.  These people are nuts.  This is pure harassment.  We tried blocking the number, but a couple days later they started up again with another 801 number!!!!  Every now and then I go a day without a call from them, but it always starts back up.

Caller ID said IMS.  Woman said that our company had been selected to receive a free scratch off card.  I hung up.

They called my office today and asked for the Manager, when I asked what it was about that when she said our company won sometype of scrach card. for four different prices. I didn't give any names just put them on hold and they hung up.

The caller ID shows IMS. They called today and asked to speak to the manager. Said we had won a scratch off ticket with 4 possible prizes. Wanted to verify information including that they were not giving it away to a minor (i.e. birthday). I hung up without giving any information.....guess I am going to miss out on winning that free car. Dang.

A woman sounding lost as if she was scrambling for her script.  Then asked to speak to the manager. I said they werent available is there a message I can take?  She said uh no ma'am.  Maybe you can help me out.  I asked what was it regarding, she said that since I answered the phone I had won a scratch off ticket! I kept from laughing and said nothing and let her keep talking.  She said that i had won one of 4 prizes and that her company was expanding in San Antonio, TX!  They would like to come by to drop off the ticket with no obligation to buy and discuss their company.  She said the company was called something like IMS financial.  She said I can win cash, a tv and forgot the other "prizes".  She said I need to answer 3 questions to see if I am qualified to even get the scratch off.  Didnt she say at the beginning of the call that I had won the scratch off ticket?? But now she needs info to see if I can even get this supposed ticket.  I told her no thank you and hung up on her.  Scam!

Someone with the strangest accent called and gave the same spiel asking for the manager.  She told me that my phone number had been chosen as a winner on a scratch off card and I have won either a car or a tv that could be delivered tomorrow.  All I had to do was answer 3 questions and they would have the prize sent immediately.  I told her to remove my phone number and she mumbled something like "fine be that way then".  All the caller ID said was IMS.  So obviously a scam!

got a call from this number today and they did not leave a message!  caller ID said "IMS".  These scams are getting out of control!

We've had four hangups from this number in three hours.  I called the number, pressed '0' and got a young woman who agreed to take our number of their list.  We'll see....

Call came in from IMS (801)-748-0791. She started in by asking for the office manager. I said "that's me." She told me I had won a scratch off card and could win one of several items. I started butting in and asking her what size the TV was. She didn't know, then I asked her if it was Color or Black & White. She said Color. When she started in again I butted back in asking if it ran on batteries or did it use regular house current. She said she thought it ran on regular house current. I said Damn I wanted the one that used batteries and hung up.

wish these idiots would find something meaningful to do, and quit irritating everyone

I am on the DO NOT CALL LIST........which has turned out to be useless 4-5 different callers this week.
Please revoke their access to a phone.

Multiple calls each week, often more than one during a day, with caller ID of IMS.  I am also on the do-not-call list.

Rec'd this call today, only states IMS on the caller ID.

yes they call two or three times a day!
