Recorded Phone message scam about IRS and reducing taxed owed to them

Illegal call to federally and state registered DO NOT CALL LIST cell phone.

I'm in area code 801 but the Caller ID show "Out of Area" anyway. It starts a recording the instant the answering machine comes on so the beginning of the message is missing. Some crap about back taxes.

Just got the same IRS call reported above. If you hold through the message you can supposedly get on their Do Not Call list. I'm sure this call was illegal anyway to begin with and is a scam. God I hate people.

Got  a call.  Did not answer. No message left.

If it were legit IRS call, it would hide caller ID.

They called and called me a [***] and then hung up.

I've received a couple calls from this number with no message.

Tax Scam Again. I"ve turned this into DoNotCall.gov but I'm guessing they are looking at porn today, yesterday, last week, last month, 2009, OR they 801 758-7215 has special permission via political contributions.

Corruption withing FCC

I just received the same call. I had to say hello a few times and a recording comes on and said this is Jeff and says the same thing about back taxes, etc..... he gives a number to call back of 888-775-2716. My caller id shows 801-758-7215 in large font on top line and where a company or a person's name would go under-neath that is the same #, but in smaller font.

they called my father saying that if he did not call back the next day they would give him a fine of 10,000. My father does not know english that much. so when i called them there was a voice messege and asked for name and #. they called like a minute later. suppusedly it was a tax relief debt. i tolde him," they called my father but i dont even know why they called him for if he has paid all his taxes" and then he said oh i will put you on the do not call list.if it was a real they would have called right away with so many people pending. and the voice machine sounded exaclty the same as the person who called me back.

It is a tax scam called and was told all there agents were busy and to leave my cell phone number.

Just so that you know, IRS will never call or email you. All correspondence will come directly from IRS. I am leary of providing information/funds from incoming calls. Locate the number on their official website and contact the customer service line if you are ever doubtful. Your gut is usually right.

I did not pick up the phone and no message was left.

801-758-7215 - Continue to call our government agency and hang-up immediately after reaching us.

Just received a call, they did not leave a message.

I got a message form this number that I will be arrested if I will not call them. Message was that I have some IRS debt. I have no idea what is going on.
