I got a call today from 801-823-2021, no answer and no message.
Weird thing is Yesterday I got 18 calls from 1-000-000-0000 with the same thing, no answer, no message. Connection?

I got 2 calls from that number today. One at 4:56 EST and one at 7:20 EST. I got a call on october 7th from 1-801-823-2022, one number higher. 2021 has been calling me ever since... If anyone finds out whats going on with this... do tell.

3 calls from this number since Oct. 8th. On the 7th, I received a call from 2022. Since ignoring the call on the 7th, I've been receiving calls from 801-823-2021

801-823-2021 is the number for Western Wats Data Collection. I don't know why they call and hang up. Anyway....their talk to real people number is
801-373-7735 for the in house no call list.
I'm already on the national no call list, I wish Western Wats would get a clue and look at it.

Had call just before 9PM and no one was on the line. I hung phone up and noted my computer had come on and router light was blinking. Turned computer off and disconnected phone line before going to bed. Possible coincidence.

Answered the call today. Turns out, it was a survey by said company for recently signing up with T-Mobile. Apparently they're a 3rd party data collection company. Ignore them long enough, and they stop calling, or just answer and hope to get a voice on the line, take the 10 min survey, and be done with it.

Received call at 6PM CST, did not pick up. No message. Friggin' solicitors.

over the past week or so have called at least 5 times.  never left a message and when i picked up once no one was there.

801-823-2021 called 70 minutes ago for political research on the Presidential and State Senate campaign in my state.  At the end of the detailed survey (10 minutes) they asked me to state my name, phone number, and answer "Yes" if I was in the phone book in case her manager needs to confirm.  Sounds like a scam.  Not sure who they really are, but they don't know who I am either.

I had just purchased a new cell from T-Mobile and - in the span of time before my old number ported - I got 3 calls from 823-2020 and 823-2021.  I answered the third call and it was a phone survey from T-Mobile.  Apparently, this number and others in sequence (-2020,-2021, etc.) belongs to Western WATS Data Collection (www.westernwats.com) in Ogden UT.  Their direct line is 801-373-7735 for the in-house no call list.

I received a call from 823-3021 at 5:11 pm Pacific Daylite time on 10-23-08.

I did not answer and they didn't leave a message.

get calls from 1-801-823-2021 3 times a day for a week now. When I pick up there's no one. What kind of a scam is that one?

Got a call from 801-823-2021 but, left no message so I called back and its an independent research center. I hung up because I do not have time to go through their survey. The website is www.westernwats.com

Some sort of research telemarketer. I hung up on them. They hung up on me a couple of minutes before.
