I also am receiving calls from this number - and no message is being left.

Same here..2 calls from this number so far to my cell phone. When I called it back I got a busy signal.

Called and said they were from what sounded like "Parent Group."  Wanted me to participate in a 6-minute poll about election.

Call around the same time every night and no one answers. When I call them back it goes straight to dial tone.

Called twice on Oct 13th, once around noon and then again at 8:30 PM.
I answered the 8:30 but there was no one on the line.

If anyone finds out who this is please post it.

We received a call from this number also and we wondered who it was.  Caller ID said the call came from Utah.  We just wondered who it was???????

Just wanted to know who was calling.  Figured it must have to do with the upcoming election.  But would like to know who it was

I had just purchased a new cell from T-Mobile and - in the span of time before my old number ported - I got 3 calls from 823-2020 and 823-2021.  I answered the third call and it was a phone survey from T-Mobile.  Apparently, this number and others in sequence (-2020,-2021, etc.) belongs to Western WATS Data Collection (www.westernwats.com) in Ogden UT.  Their direct line is 801-373-7735 for the in-house no call list.

Me too - except that I haven't tried calling back.  It's so rude to call and leave an empty line!

I received a Call from this number on 10/22/2008 and tried calling it back to find out it's from a place called Western Wats. They are a third party Company that does Survey's about Compaines. they also have a web site which is www.westernwats.com and are based out of Orem Utah. I hope this helps People so they know who is calling them and not to answer if they don't want to do a Phone Survey. Have a Good Day.

I answered a call from this number and noone was there. this is twice this phone number has come up.

I just got a tmobile phone again last week and just got a call....  probably just surveying the service.

Keeps calling but no one on line when I pick-up.  Have reported to
Attorney General of Mississippi.

call came in from this number to my cell phone last night at 7:09pm eastern time.  i missed the call, no message left.  just happened to notice it in my call log and googled to see if i could find out who it was.

Phone rang at 12:30AM and woke me up and no on on the other line

I've been getting these calls also - in the evening.  Is the phone co. or someone researching these?

Received call and left no message.  When I looked it up I see other people having the same problem
