Got a call from this 8018232030.  After picking up, I heard two beeps as if someone was still dialing.  After no one answered, I hung up.

Got another one from the same number today.  No beeps this time.

They have called about 5 times today - the last time was about 5 minutes to 10pm - which is too dang late.  The reverse lookup shows Ogden, Utah.  No messages left.

Calling numberous times without leaving a message. I am sure this is regarding, voting or some candidate.

I think they should fall under the same as Telemarketers they disrupt you during all times of the day even late into the evening.

Rec'd 2 calls from (801) 823-2030; dumb [***] don't even have the common courtesy to leave a message.  Third time they called, I picked up, repeatedly said hello, only to be met with silence on their open line til somebody hung up.  Wish I knew who these morons were so I could tell others about them & boycott whatever product they are selling or representing.

I called the number back and it is a survey company.  Western Watt Center.

Just got a call from this number. They hung up on the answering machine.

If it really is a survey, I think that's odd...because we've recently gotten several calls from various numbers that other people say are surveys, but we've done nothing I can think of to start it. Maybe its survey season.

They needn't waste their time, we won't trust unidentified numbers.

I have a hunch they aren't real surveys, but rather people using the "surveys and politicians are permissible" loophole of the Federal and State DNC lists.

Got a call from this number in Missouri.  Strange, they call, and don't leave a message, and call again in one hour.

Got a call from this number, but when we answered, there is just an open line, no response.

Received serveral calls from 801-8232030. When answered there was no response. Call comes in as Ogden, UT.

This is the second day I've received a call from 801-823-2030.  Caller ID says "No Name."
When it says "No Name," I "No Answer."  Each time they called, they hung up during my voice message.  Oh, I'm in St Louis Missouri.

Have received one or two calls a day from 801-823-2030 in the past month, "Unknown Name" on Caller ID.  I don't answer and no message is left.  At 4pm CDT the caller apparently didn't realize my voicemail was on and I heard "may I speak to any registered voter?" then he hung up.  I'm in St. Louis MO.   I assume it's a political call.

Getting multiple calls per day from this number now, from people who sound young and inexperienced.

They thought the answering machine was a real person and asked if there are any male voters in the house. Then another call an hour and a half later, a young woman just saying "hello?" to the answering machine.

They seem to be using a robodialer that only alerts them if they think someone has answered the phone.

If this turns out to be an actual political call, I'll be voting against whoever instigated it.

they keep calling...asked for the registered male voter...i told them he was already asleep and he asked can you wake him up.. so i told him i dont think so and hanged up on his a#$$!!!!

This is a Surveying Company they call me like 3 times a day.  We are on the DNC list and we still get calls.  This is BS.

This number has called our house 3 times in 4 hours. There is no one who responds when you say hello.
