Said he was looking for my mom, rattled off about 6 phone numbers. He said he was an attorney making sure she wouldnt miss her court date. The number that called was from utah and we live in Wisconsin. 4 of the 6 phone numbers he said werent hers

Recorded message stating that I was in violation of a non compete clause. Told me to call an 888 number to find out about the lawsuit they were filing against me. Never signed a non- compete clause in my life.

Called again this morning except used the term "breach of contract." Recorded dude's name was Patrick. Total scam.

I just got that same call his name is Patrick call 888 what ever else the number was and didn't say what person it was for . Just a voice mail.

Got a call from this number asking for information about another person. Stating he was an attorney and needed information that he didnt have about that person lol

Received a cal from Patrick as well saying that I owed $550+ to Golds Gym from 2013.  I have paid my dues to Golds Gym.  Total scam!!!

In addition to Patrick calling me there was another guy that called from 801.503.9815 with the name Chris saying that I owed money or am going to be served papers.

I received same call from Patrick. He stated he was the attorney liaison and there was a case being filed for breech of contract. He never left a specific name he was trying to reach nor any details about said lawsuit that is going to be filed. There is a second number that has no details on this site yet that I was told to call. It's 888-407-5650. I'm in no breech of any kind so clearly this is a scam 'boiler room' BS.

I get exactly a phone from this sup post lawyer  , I not even know why they call and ask for some one else , I been telling this people not to call me and they keeping doing , I don't know what el to do

Received a call from Patrick about a debt.  I informed him of a pending bankruptcy.  I asked for attorney's informed.  Told him to speak with my attorney.

"Hi, This message is for M. M, My name is Patrick calling for our attorney. I'm calling on behalf of our client, CFC regarding a breach of contract claim which we've been retained to pursue if you could please return my call directly. My phone number is (801) 871-3707. Thank you."

This is a copy of the message left on my voice mail. I have been the victim of payday loan scams in the past. I am simply going to block this number and never return the call. Hope this helps.

This is a copy of the message left on my voice mail. I searched for an ottorney liazon by this name and nothing came up. Nor do I have any records with a W.H. that I have ever had a contract with so I am sure this is a bogus scam call.

I received a call from Patrick.  Says he is an attorney and he is calling from West Hills regarding a breach of contract with Continental finance.  He said to return his call or have my attorney return the call.  I have no accounts with Continental Finance. The call is the same number as the posts above 801.871.3707.  I won't be calling him back and I will block the number.

I just got a call from Patrick, who left me a message. He says he is from Westhill calling about my Continental account. I have never had a Continental account. He said my account has been sent to the attorney's office for follow-up. Sounds like a scam to me.

I received two calls now that i let got to voicemail from a 303 number. One claiming to be patric and the other from a chris guys. Patric saying something about a breach in contract. Chris about some information verification. Both asking to call a utah number one being 801 871 3707 and the other 801 503 9815. Sounds like a scam

Just received recorded message, bogus-sounding: I am from The Compliance Department [of what?] calling about breach of contract litigation [between whom?]  please call me back at this number (801-871-3707).  I am not calling back.  Caller ID says Westhill Exchang  and 303-353-8197

Just googled "Westhill Exchang" and they seem to be an actual debt collection agency in Colorado.  There are seven 2014 complaints against them listed on Better Business Bureau website--but nothing as recent as what everyone has posted here.  We don't have any defaults but my partner's SS # is compromised and some fraud has been committed--so I'm wondering if it's related to that or just a scam unto itself.
