Just got a call from 801 877 3859.  I amswered bit waoted fpr sp,epme tp s[eal/  When the young mana spoke, saying he was from Chase and wanted to speak to my steson (who lives in another state), I told him never to call again, and hung up.  Does this count as one of the 3 strikes?

Who are they? and why are they calling me?

801-877-3859: First time I've ever see this number. The replies about it on here may be few, but they make me glad I didn't answer my phone. Sounds like it's another pesky spam call. *sighs*

Today they called 3 times.

It was a call from Chase Bank, they wanted to do a survey about a transaction I had at my local branch (ordered new checks). No big deal.

Its Chase bank survey line, you put in an application for credit and they are just seeing how you felt about the service.  Come on get real people.  Its not a conspiracy or a pervert or even spam. Just a survey.

If it's really Chase bank wouldn't they be proud enough of their business to put their name on it?  Otherwise, no name... no answer!

Sorry, Jim.  I have not applied for credit at Chase.  Your theory is way off.  Sounds likes there is enough of us to say this number is BOGUS.

Caller claimed to be a customer service representative from Chase Bank. Asked me if I had a moment to answer a brief three question survey.  I stated "yes".  Then asked me if I banked at a particular branch. I said "no" and that concluded the survey.

I called Chase Online customer service myself and they stated that they do perform random customer service survey's but they are always coming from an automated system. I gave the real customer service personnel the phone number and time that they called and customer service is  forwarding to Chase's Fraud Dept.

I got a call from this number, but I didn't answer since I didn't recognize it. They didn't leave a message. I was curious, looked it up, found this site, and called it back. I got an automated message saying it was for a Chase survey about a recent transaction with Chase. I don't think it's necessarily only for applying for credit with them. I think it's a survey about any recent transaction with them since I did deposit something not even a week ago.

Got a call from this number - stated Chase Customer survey - yeah right - If its really Chase why can't they display there Number with Chase Bank as the caller. Get real scammers !

Got a call from this number today.  The message left on the answering machine said "Hi this is (their name), calling on behalf of Chase, may I please speak to (my name)?  Hello?  Hello???  Then hangup.  I bank at Chase, but I will never do this survey.  Tired of these calls.

It's Chase Bank asking to take a survey of your recent experience at a branch.

It's NOT a survey at 6:30 PM on a Saturday evening.
I haven't done anything with Chase..................it's not my bank.

Been getting this call for weeks!  Out of town for the Holidays. (three weeks).  They called everyday two or three times a day, never left a message, Got two calls today, and I ignored it. I googled it and came to this sight. I have never had an account with Chase Bank, and never will!  THIS IS A SCAM PEOPLE!  PLEASE WISE UP!
