Calling my cell

keep calling me saying I wrote a bad check I don't even use checks ?

Called and said that I was being prosecuted in a court case for giving out false information on one of their clients.  Never did; never will!   These people are scam artists....Beware!!!!!

Called to say that a client has filed a claim against my drivers license!  Really.  I just hung up did not wait on a person!  Sure it is a scam

I got a call from them today - automated voice mail said I wrote a bad check and that it was linked to my drivers license - I write about 5 checks a year - called my bank - they said something isn't write about these guys - it's a scam.  Don't give them any info-

I also received a call today 10/24-2013, in CA from 801-917-6318 stating from an automated message that it was regarding a bad check.  I just called customer service at my bank and they stated NOT to call them back and NEVER provide any information to this type of SCAM company.  Good Luck folks!!

I also received a call from them today saying that I wrote a bad check. I haven't written a check in 2 years, so obviously this is a scam! Called my bank and they told me to not trust these people and dont call them back or give them any type of information.

These people had the nerve to call my mothers home while is terminally ill.How dare they.

I got a letter from these guys with an address in Toronto Canada. (720-125 King St., West STE 463 Toronto On. M5v 3s5)  The return Phone number was (801-917-6318). I called the number and the guy who answered was a "fast-talker" that wouldn't let me ask any questions as to the validity of the bill. He said it I owed Wachovia Bank $2,052 from an account that was closed in Alabama in 2011. I told him I lived in Washington DC in 2011, and that could not be the case. He said he would settle the case for $1,052. I asked him to send me a copy of my "account" with a Wachovia letterhead. I also stated that a company in another country had no jurisdiction in the USA. He then told me he was in New York, but they also had locations in California, Ohio, Arkansas, and then he rattled of 7 more states that didn't make sense. He Told me he didn't care if I paid the bill or not because he was an Arbitrator. I said "Then Why did you contact me"?....He got mad, cussed me out, told me he would "See me in court"
and hung up the phone..........This is A SCAM.----------------------------I just called the number back to the SCAM ARTISTS at FS Mediation. I did a little digging and found that the "company" is owned by Travell Thomas. His mother Cynthia is part of the scam. They live at 56 Fennimore Ave., Buffalo, NY (allegedly). Travell is a poker player and has a bit of a gambling problem(allegedly). If you google his name, under images, you can see the thing. After I busted them, I immediately got a call back from Travell pissed as hell. It was fun. He told me that he knew about this page and everyone that posted here "Just didn't want to pay their bills". And again he said he would "See me in court"...Hahaha. What a joke!!!.....I did report them to the FBI at fbi.gov . Apparently, these types of scams are frequent, however, you should still report them.

They left a message on my phone to call them. Could not understand who they were calling for or what they were trying to say.
Seemed that it was an unprofessional call.

this number 801-917-6318 has been calling my parents home number leaving scary messages about you are being investigated and you better call us or we will take you to your county clerk of court and also has somehow started calling my daughters cell phone how would any one be able to get anyones cell phone number and saying the same thing. This is a scam of course i have clhecked with the clerk of courts and this is a scam number do not answer it

They called my job and harassed me about something that they say I did with a check in 2007.  How did they get my job information is what I will like to know.

I am receiving calls from this number daily, leaving a message because I am working and can’t pick up.  The message states like everyone else  that a merchant has hired them because I wrote a bad check and it is linked to my drivers license number.  It is an automated message however, a woman has also left a message and she states that they are filing charges at my county (she has the correct county) clerk of courts.  CRAZY…I don’t have any outstanding checks.  So stressful...I want it to stop!

My dad received a phone message on his phone asking for me by my maiden name stating I had written a bad check. I called and they are stating I owe money on a credit card I don't have and haven't had in years. I stated that a message was left about a bad check and the girl was very defensive stating she did not leave a message. I told her i would have to look into this and call her back ; I didn't recall this credit card. She just said ok and hung up. Suspicious..... be careful- they are asking for you to verify the last 4 numbers of your social security number and not pushing for a payment....hmmmm

This number called my cell phone today. It was weird because my phone never even rang, it just went straight to voicemail. OK, so they would have heard that my name is not "Dustin Baroche." They left a snotty recorded message about dire consequences if this Dustin didn't contact them right away, blah, blah, blah. Well, I'm not wasting minutes to call them back. The call log displays only "Voice Mail Center" as the caller ID, so they're using some type of automated call system to bypass regular phone calls. I suspect it's a scam. Wish I could send a "ping of death" over the phone systems to these losers.

THEY CALLED ME TELLING ME I owe some money to a bank. They got my info. But I canceled my card.  Im so stupid.
