It is a scam attempt.  Claimed to be from power company and wanted 493.72 on a papower card to avoid service interruption..

claimed to be Mark Williams from one of the local electric companies, AEP, and claimed we have a disruption of service for nonpayment coming and there was a disruption fee I needed to pay.  He had my location, address, company name, but he didn't know what electric company i actually use and got squirrely when I started asking him questions back.  Caller ID rings up as Simon Lee, but he said his name is Mark Williams and when I call that number back, I get a voicemail inbox, generic.
