A guy with Indian acent claiming he was an officer called this morning from this number and claimed my identify was stolen. I didn't even bother to listen to his story and hung up. Definitely a scram.

Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

I received this voicemail from a guy with a heavy accent from this phone number stating that there are legal complaints on me and if I do not hear from him  he will send a legal action to me . Where these idiots come from!! Sounded more of an african accent than indian...

ya, "John White" called stating he represented the IRS. He had Indian accent, this John White did, and when I told him he was bogus calling he got a bit hostile and said I could hang up and he would see me on the steps of the courthouse being arrested. I laughed and told him he should be arrested for what he does. He ended up hanging up. I called the number back and they answer the phone "IRS" so be careful.

I received a call from 802 294-2416 claiming to be the IRS and that I owed money to IRS and there is legal case with local state police pending against me. and violation to Immigration 2011. I do not owe the IRS any money. When asked for IRS ticket # was told she was unable to give me

There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

This man called on Friday at 5:54 which is after government working hours which end at 4:30. After I was redirected to a female manager named Rosie Williams and she said that we owed money from 2011, 2012, and 2013 to the IRS and I hadn't filed 2013 yet, I have an extension. They seem to have very specific information of money owed and violations and such which were all false. This is a scam!

Received call from (802) 294-2416 at 8:43am PDT on 7/17/2014. A guy with a weird accent claimed to be an IRS officer Sanchez left me a voice mail that he has an arrest warrant against me and my property is under investigation. 199% fraud and a scam.

I will be tracing SOB this Indian clown and will have to give him a detailed colonoscopy and a prostrate exam.

Same here. Got a call from a guy with a strong accent saying that he was with the IRS and there is an arrest warrant out for me and a lien on my property. I didn't call back. Glad to hear this is a scam.

Got a phone call this morning while at work, sent message back saying "i'm busy". So i called the number back 802-291-0104 he said with his thick indian accent that he was with the irs and i asked what he needed and he said not to worry, everything is okay and then hung up! Scammmmmmmm!!!!!
