this number has been calling  me. i don't know who they are,

This is a weird one. A recording claimed to have a call for "this number". It seemed to be unable to connect on the other end, which makes no sense.
It seems someone wants to verify a call can be placed to a number or is checking on whether someone is home, but I still get calls for the previous owner almost a year later & that person was not at my address.
This really is an Unknown but that's my best guess.

No message, appears to be something more than a wrong number. If I get this number again, I'll just block it, like I do for all these telemarketers and collections people. If you don't leave a message I don't want to talk to you.

Further investigation shows that IC systems is a collection agency for hire. They run the outbound, computerized call center for a number of "customers".

The contact number for IC systems is listed as 1-800-279-3511   Maybe I will forward all calls from the 802-503-0507 number to their 800 number.

for the passed 5 days i have been recieving calls from this number at 8:43am, exactly. On a sunday i even recieved a call at 11:00pm. No messages are ever left. Even if it is collections they should leave some kind of message and calling late on a sunday night is a little ridiculous!

Jus calls daily last six days I never answer voice mail pops up but theres never noone saying nothing

They.call me daily, but I steer clear of unknown numbers. Who knows if its collections or a scam but they call at absurd hours 9 06 pm ?? 5.47 am.. how do I stop these.flops??

these scams get better and better but ill be the first to admit i fell for it the first time......never again!

Calls 2 or 3 times a day at odd hours. I don't answer unknown numbers and no message is left.

They are calling me 2-3 times a day, leaving no message. It's starting to be a nuisance.

I recently started receiving three calls a day on my cell phone. They do not leave a message. I do not answer unrecognized numbers, but I called them back and got a busy signal. I'm on the National Do Not Call Register, I reported this to them, but the calls persist. I'm assuming that this is a debt collector trying to reach the previous owner of my cell phone number.

If this is  IC Systems as suggested by js (above), I think re-routing the calls to their IC Systems contact number 1-800-279-3511 is an excellent idea.

From 2/7/13 to 2/19/13 I have received 24 calls from this number.  Never had spam on my old phone but upgraded to an iphone4 three weeks ago and the bs has been non-stop.  Same provider/Different phone.  As with many above, I do not answer calls from numbers I do not know.  I have been without debt for 40 years so it isn't a collection agency...  DNC list is a joke...  Till I find an iphone app that allows for blocking, I just ignore them...

They called me and asked if this was the number for Charles. I said no. The man then asked me how long had I had this number.I told him and he said, "Thank you." He also stated that the call may be recorded. He had an Asian accent. Maybe Filipino.

I received a call today, it was a recording saying i had to wait to be connected. The asian accent ask for a woman. I asked who he was n why he was calling. He told csi systems..i wont give my name unless i know whos on the other end. I asked what company that was n he just asked for the person again.  So i told him to reach who ever it is by mail, because he should have that info. Im on the DNC list, had the same # for years n this is the first time ive received a call. I dont give my # freely because ive had to deal with hang ups n breathets...so ill just add this to my block calls
