Missed a call from this number but they didn't leave a message. I called it back but all I got was an automated message saying, At the subscriber's request this phone doesn't take incoming calls.

 I didn't answer as the call came from Vermont.   I have never received a call from an unknown number before.   They didn't leave a message but from Vermont I joked to my sister that it was probably from Bernie.   LOL

It called my number twice within 2 minutes of each other.  Had phone on "do not disturb" mode so just noticed it.  Voice messaging isn't set up and I haven't tried calling them back.

My curiosity piqued so tried calling it back and I hear a recorded message that the subscriber doesn't accept incoming calls.

This was in Spanish and I don't believe it was a political call. No mention of a candidate name or such. Had to be a telemarketer. Sanders wouldn't be spending money on calls to Democratic voters in North Carolina at this point when he's working to get CA votes. I only answered because I saw VT on the caller ID and I have family there.
