Called me this morning too.  I didn't answer, I didn't know the number and area code was unfamiliar.

The wanted a FEMA survey to make sure we're ready for a diaster, sounds like scam

They conducted a survey for disaster preparedness for FEMA. I took the survey, it was pretty long, but the caller was friendly. The questions were actually about disaster preparedness, so I doubt it was a scam.

Got called twice. Did not answer.  Pls do not call again!

This number has called me three times within the past month.  I answered it once and the person said it was a FEMA survey, but it seemed pretty sketchy so I hung up.  I just looked up the number on the White Pages site, which said that it's a cell phone with a Vermont area code.

I keep getting calls from 802 861 3487 I call back and get a busy signal !

8+ callsfrom this # over 2 months. Never a message and I don't answer. If its worth my time they will leave a voice mail.

Caller ID said ICF Macro - Google indicates this is a legit company - they don't appear to be attempting to sell anything but it sounds like the marketing survey stuff is what they're doing.

I received a call asking to do a survey about the VA.  They offered to send me a questionnaire in the mail instead of taking the information by phone since it would require at least 30 minutes.  They appeared to be doing a legit survey.  They had my address and knew I had been associated with the VA in the past.  The nice lady also said I could skip any questions which didn't pertain to my current or past VA activity.  She also said it would be a month before they started mailing the survey to those who have asked it to be mailed to them.

these are domestic terrorists. one time they claim to be from the VA another time they claim to be from FEMA yet another time they claim something else they are lying domestic terrorists

Rcvd unwanted call at 3:44pm ET from Burlington, VT using this unverified number (802-861-3487). Caller ID - identified caller as ICF w/Nr 802-861-3487. Caller hung up call prior to any message or to verify caller's identification or location. Unable to confirm this unknown number as being a valid number used by ICF International. I do not answer or respond to any unknown number, plus I block all unwanted numbers or area codes from ringing my private number.

called 5 times in a few days, continue to tell them stop calling

They called me too claiming to be from the Veterans Administration and IT IS A SCAM. DO NOT DO!  I called the Veterans Administration at the local VA Hospital and he told me it is a huge scam going around, and that I made a good choice not answering any questions.  The scammers are getting information about Veterans to scam them.  

I asked the man on the other end of the ICF phone number ( 802-861-3487) which showed up on my caller ID for a website so that I could look up the survey myself and he immediately hung up on me.  We need to stop these scumbugs.  Call your local VA and report it please.

As I was looking over my Phone bill and checking the OUT GOING CALLS I had noticed that calls from my land line to 802-861-3487 were made at hours like: 12am, 10:45pm for atleast  4 days.  I had reported this to my phone company and they are looking into it........Those who live here are not up at the times the calls were made.  SOOOOO  look out !  Something is going so wrong with this number.

Goodness, some people are paranoid! It's a legit survey. Try taking the survey, and by doing so, maybe you will help yourself or someone else in the future.
