I am a wedding professional, and this person called me too! Is this true? How do you know its this person?

Keeps calling my store, but doesn't say anything.  The caller id comes up as MARTINRICHARD which is the same name listed as at http://www.sandandsurfweddings.com/contact_us

Got the same call - twice.  He called several months ago, then called again today.  Not sure what the fun is in this, but we've had the exact same experience.  We too are wedding professionals.

I've fielded a number of calls from this person identifying themselves as a cross-dressing bride with a wedding on 10/3/11.  If it's legitimate, I'd be happy to work with them, but I don't want to waste precious time on fake leads.  Anyone else get an actual date out of the couple and/or further contact information beyond phone number?

I am a wedding professional this person called claiming to be a cross-dressing bride for a 3/17/12 wedding, it was the most odd thing. I knew after a minute it was a phoney when they guy told me when he was seven he was a flower girl in a wedding, and he was writing a book called - from Flower Girl to Bride as well as his phone was blocked and had "no email). He gave me this number 803-230-2073. Not sure if it a sick weirdo messing with wedding professionals or some sort of scam

I have gotten FOUR calls. The first three times the number was "WITHHELD" but i was curious so I answered it. "Uhhh Hello. I heard you were a makeup artist and I was recommended to you by a photographer." At this point I think it might be a man but I'm not sure. I said that I was driving and didn't feel safe talking on the phone at the same time. (Not quite true but I have to be careful here.) "May I ask who is calling?"
"Bridgette...." 'She' said without any confidence.
"Can I have your phone number Bridgette so I can call you back? I should be home in ten minutes."
"Uh!!!! Um....I'll just call you back in thirty minutes."

On the 4th time I was able to look up the number and I found this site. Thanks everybody!!!

This happened to me too! Ugh!

This is some sort of prank. I received calls from the same person in the summer planning a wedding for October.  After calling the number on the ID back and finding the same scam here, the calls stopped for a time, but he's back now.  Kevin/Bridget has moved his wedding date to 4/1/12.  Be warned wedding professionals - don't waste your time with this guy.  It's not a legitimate lead.

looked up this guy he wants to get his hair done for a cross dressing convention and wife thinks she is being stocked and she is upset about this so i am on my hunt!!!!!!!!!!! I'm fine what ever makes you happy good for you just don't hurt others he/she and waist other people time...Im locked and loaded there are some people out there you don't want to mess with.. stop harassing people...he goes by Kevin and his girl name Bridget...I know a lot about him i will figure out were you live keeping a eye on your were abouts all it takes is a little money...hope you are fine just confused but make up your mind man she...... don't screw with my family!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

He's been calling me for a makeover (Mary Kay)...said he was going to be in town for the convention.  I said I would help  him....but he hasn't called today for his appt and his message box is full so I could not leave a message.  I just happened to do a search and phone these messages.  Thanks for the info...I can now go on with my day.

This person also had an appointment with me after the makeover and lunch and didn't show up or call. Interesting. I pulled the phone # and cross referenced to a church in North Myrtle Beach, S.C. named the church house linking this # with Pastor Richard Martin! What the @$%$!

Ok, I have just spoken to someone who identifies themselves as Kevin/Ashley at this number, with the same thing. A cross dresser who is planning a wedding in town in June and wants to know if I will take pictures.  I agreed, but now I am reading that it might be a scam? I don't want to book the time and turn down actual clients if this is not real.  Anyone have anything further?

Like I said earlier, I spoke to this person literally 5 minutes before finding this site.  I called them back and confronted them. I have no problem working with a cross dresser bride for a wedding, but if this is a waste of my time I want to know it.  I spoke to Kevin/Ashley and told them that there are literally dozens of complaints on several different web sites about this being a scam. He claimed to have no idea about what they were talking about, and was going to "get to the bottom of it."  I doubt I'll ever hear from him again.  If I do, and it does turn out to be legitimate, I will be sure to update y'all.

He doesn't just go by Bridgette, he called me under the name Ashley but kept the same man name Kevin. this guy is sick.

I run a forum of female photographers in Atlanta and it seems 15 or so of us have gotten the same call. From Kevin/Bridgette. What a sick person.

WOW!  Yep.  I got the same lead too.  Wedding was supposed to be 3/17/12.  A forum I'm a part of has sad that multiple people have been contacted too.  What a crazy waste of time.
