called my number but left no message

Ridiculous, 7 different telemarketer calls today!!  They  seem to go in streaks.  Five were from SC numbers.  I received calls from Asia Pacific (this call was an upstate SC #, go figure) Unknown Caller, people's fake names (notice they will show first names then last names-real caller ID calls show last names first) unknown name with local number listed,  .........., 000-000-0000.  I only keep my home phone because I've had it for 19 years.  I don't get these calls on my cell because I don't put it on my checks or for purchases or orders or doctors, etc, because it would be sold like our home number.  I pick up and immediately hang up.  Don't call them back or push 1 to be taken off their call list, it just confirms a live number.  It doesn't matter if your on the DO Not Call list, these creeps don't operate by any rules, all they care about is ripping you off.  Don't fall prey to these con artists.  A legitimate charity will send you a request in the mail, don't waste your time, pick up and hang up or let the answering machine get it!!!

No caller ID.  No message.  South Carolina area codes.  Just keep calling me and I do not answer.  So aggravating.  Agree with above...Do Not Call list useless... Since I don't give out my cell number except to family and friends, so do not get calls on my cell.  Have had my unlisted  landline for twenty-three years and do not want to give it up.  However, that day may be coming...Thank goodness for caller ID and answering machines!

These creeps.wont stop calling, they hang up when the answer machine picks up. Now they call on Sunday, I live in SC and I will find these guys and he'll is what they will pay

This scamming jerk has called twice so far... 10/2 & 10/5... My Call Blocking (30) Phone caught him this time at about 5:20 PM. We love our blocking phone. I keep track of the calls and if they have not call in 90 days I'll unblock the number.

We too live in SC and would like to learn who this jerk is...
