803-307-4922 is a scam. These people call pretending to be a legal service preparing a case against the person that they call. The case involves "Fraudulent activity associated with your SSI#" or a "Debt that is outstanding." Basically they claim that they are going to sue you in court for a debt that either does not exist or is past the statute of limitations for collection. They call your home, work and family in hope that someone will pay them to go away. Report these scum to your states attorney general and local office of the FBI. They have stolen millions of dollars from people who have just "Paid them to go away." Under no circumstances provide them with any information and alert family members that if they are called regarding you that it is a scam and they should just hang up.

So they claim Joy. So they claim. Hope you have not fallen for their scam or worse yet, work for them.

Do not know or understand what this calling party wants. They have threatened me with a warrant, arrest and criminal prosecution. They say they represent Bank of America. I have had no affiliation to any debt with them. Be advised this is a scam even though they have some of my daughter's social security numbers.
