Calling me multiple times daily saying that I owe money to them. Cannot give me a reason why, or what the money is for.

They call me multiple times a day starting at 7:00am until 11:00pm. They are trying to collect money for student loan debt. I've explained multiple times that I can only pay a small amount per month but the harassment to pay more continues.

Turn the tables on them and file a complaint with the FTC for making harassing phone calls before 8AM and after 9PM local time:

A debt collector may not contact you at inconvenient times or places, such as before 8 in the morning or after 9 at night, unless you agree to it.

Same Williams and Fudge company calling from a different number. Telling them numerous times that they have the wrong number doesn't seem to get you off their call list.

I received a call at 10:44 am on a Wednesday, "Hello, my name is Perry (something) and I'm calling for ___. Can you please give me a call back at your earliest convenience. This is not a solicitation. Thank you."  It looks like it's a debt collector, from the previous posts, but I don't know for certain. I have no outstanding loans. I do not plan to call back.
