Called saying I was eligible for health care - spam

This person is calling us everyday and we are on the do not call list.  Want this to stop immediately!

Get at least 3 calls a day from this number- try to call back and press 1 to be removed but it hangs up on me and calls back a little later with the same recorded messege about health care. I'm on the do not call list and it won't stop.

Received a call on my Cell phone!!  Said it was some health organization and that I had already been pre-approved.  Pre-approved for What???  Please................Stop!!!

Automated service that asks a series of questions.  Say yes to all three to tell the people to stop! Mention the do not call list and ask that they discontinue. When I call back, the phone number is not a working number.

Sold what I thought was a health plan by Tim Johnson associated #s 954-514-9287, 954-779-6091, 877-209-0065,877-509-8366. Goes by Health Enrollment Center, American Healthcare Plans, Inc and E Healthcare, individuals listed with BBB & FL Dept of State Divison of Corps are Steven Dorfman, Rod Marks, Spiegel & Utrera, P.A. Current address is in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. Couldn't find first biz name registered with FL BBB, other two have "F", has 17 combined complaints (16/1) with no responses from Jan-May 2011.

Plan info comes from Partners In Health Care/Tri-Resource Corp/Allied Veterans Advisors in Wisconsin, phone #920-968-0574 & 866-779-0054 but goes through yet other companies Heathcare Mediation & others not named. It is actually a health care mediation (re-pricing) program with discounts of 20-60%. (Not the 70% I was told).

Cancelled the plan with H.E.C. on 4-21-11, within the 30 day review period, as what was sold to me was not what I received, have not received a refund. Several attempts to check the status resulted in "we'll call you back" and ended with customer service saying she could not help me and either I would or would not get a refund. Tried to get help from Partners in Health Care, no go.

There are many posts of others who have had similar problems. Tried to do my due diligence, however the numbers I was given and the name had not yet had any posts to them. Asked if Tim if he was licensed in Oregon and Arizona and was told yes. Unfortunately Arizona doesn't require licensing and Oregon couldn't find any listing for him. 1d10c71

Received over six calls from Partners in Health Care over the last two weeks! Want it to stop!!!!

I receive this calls at work, which is a new telephone number for our company . . It's the Breast Cancer Society which is an organization dedicated to educating the nation about Breast Cancer Awareness.  Phishing for donations . . .  When I answer (to ask them to remove our number from their database) they hang up as soon as I answer.  When I call back, it's an automated recording with prompts.

Caller stated her organization provided assistance to women battling breast cancer and asked if we could be counted on for a monetary pledge? When asked to provide what percentage of the pledge ACTUALLY goes to the person in need, we were told that 85% went towards 'administrative' costs and 15% TO THE CHARTIY...ie. the person in need. That is so wrong on soooooooooo many levels!

We donate to Both breast cancer and heart disease for women through our local agency.   However,  I have asked the question many times.  Why is the same concern and national attention not given to Men with prostate/testicle cancer, as to women breast cancer,   to promote awareness that 1 in three men have this issue?   Also,  why is the same attention not given to men and heart issues as given to women?  I believe that both gender issues should be approached as one.   Cancer awareness for men and women,   as well as Heart disease. It affects both genders.  I love my father and sons as much as my mother,  wife and daughter.

Breast Cancer Awareness Center soliciting funds.    No message if you let answering machine take call.    Did a *67 to block my number and called back.    This is how I found out what organization it was.    Not affiliated with an official Breast Cancer fund raiser as far as I can tell.

This person call me regarding distributing envelopes for Breast Cancer Services.  I am presently going thru breast cancer and when I ask her how I can get help.  They did not want to answer my question and hang up of me.

A woman from this Breast Cancer charity called saying she wanted a donation to help poor women battling breast cancer with living expenses. It sounded like a good cause but I can't donate to anyone right now due to my own excessive debt. When I told her that and wished her luck, she became very pushy and almost argumentative. I just hung up.

Just wanted to let you know this has happened to me too. We were financially strapped and the caller got very pushy and guilt-tripping with the whole, "well these women are going through that same thing and battling for their life". I let it really bug me for several days. Then she called again and again. The third time I asked some questions and realized it is actually a recording. Time and time again she has called back and I keep testing if it is a recording and it definitely is. Granted it is a really good recording program which answers most of your questions but it will hang up on you too. So don't let this stupid donation place make you feel guilty, especially if the other replies are true and they only give 15% of it to actual breast cancer patients and don't acknowledge the woman who has breast cancer to give her information to get some of this donation money.

Live Person poses as Breast Cancer Society.
Suggest contacting Level 3 Communications Fraud Department at 800-348-5457 and file a complain including date and time of call from 803-403-8407.

Much more efficient way to report this number (and any other telemarketer) is by filing a complaint with the FTC (Federal Trade Commission) by calling 1-877-382-4357.  It is extremely easy (took less than 3 minutes).  I also stated that I am on the Do Not Call Registry (https://www.donotcall.gov) and they explained that it was illegal for telemarketers to contact me.
