I just got a call but got a recording. ..when called back they say it's National Attorneys Association.  Not sure why calling but said something about fraud with my SS #--Anyone know anything about this?

My husband just got the same call minutes ago.  I'm thinking SCAM!

I just got the same call.  It has to be a scam.  I might be many things but I am not a crook.  When I tried to call back someone answered, put me on hold, then hung up.  Now when I call back no one answers.  This is definitely trying to prey on someone's fears and will probably ask for some money.

I am at work and just listened to an automated voicemail from this number, on my work mailbox. They were looking for someone named Miguel Rivera (I am not him). I called the number back and an automated message came up, informing me that the mailbox is full and cannot receive messages.

I believe that it is a wrong number dialed. Might be a collection agency using scare tactics. Poor Miguel........

My husband received a message from this number saying something about fraud, he hasn't committed any fraud so when we called back a voice mail came on saying it was full. Not sure what company they are suppose to be but I think these people are trying to scam others and scare them out of money.

I just received this call as well.  It was a automated system.  They also gave me a case number.  I called them back and got the same that the messages were full.  This is such a scam.  I supposively have 2 fraudulent charges against my name and social security number?  Yeah ok......

same thing here - but there must be some nexus to an actual debt collection agency because they called looking for 'glen robinson' for whom I've been getting errant calls for years... always debt collectors. Anyway I won't be losing sleep over their silly scheme.

Got the same call minutes ago with the same message. But they were asking for me with my maiden name??? I have been married for years and don't even use that name on anything.

I just got the same call as u guys about 2 fraudulent charges.. Case No: Q2259712... Anybody got the same number???? I also think is a scam

I called the number and a woman answered calling herself Karen Carol. But she wouldn't say what I was being contacted for without me giving her a bunch of information. Ummm..NO.

I just got the same call as everyone above and it was automated and they gave a case number....I tried to call back to them but I got a mailbox full reply and that is during regular business hours so they should of answered the call, in my opinion....  I like you all believe this to be a scam

I just a call today they said for a quick pay payday loan referenced back in 2008.....    with an address 4 years old.  i have no idea. they said about a summons.  this and that .  but nothing then wished me good luck in court. and hung up

I got the same call with the fraudulent charges and a case number as well. When I called back they asked for a case number, so I asked if I may ask who was calling because I got a call from that number. He replied with, "I ain't calling ya'll" and immediately hung up after that.

make sure not to give any information. just called ss office close by and said not to give anything out, could  be scam.

I got a call from 803-728-1738  claiming to be National Attorneys Association.  and was being charged with 2 counts of fraud.  and that a summons would be here for me.  and all the unfo they had has been from 9 years ago...  can someone help me understand who they might be.  because.........  They also said good luck in court.     I think SCAM  but if anyone can help me figure oiut who they are.  and the number i tracked it was found to be a wireless number.........  thanks to anyone with any info

Yep just got the exact same call as everyone else.  I am glad you all have posted because I really started to freak out.  I literally almost vomited.  Something like this just isn't good.  I have a job where if I have stuff like that happen I will loose my job no matter if it is my fault or not.  I started to contemplate how I was going to feed my kids.  Not funny at all.  Seems like it just started today.

Same call here.  They had a pre-recorded name Paul Mitchell, not mine, who they were addressing, inserted into the message.  I'm glad they didn't have my actual name.  

I got  one too...all outdated info...they called my husbands phone too about a payday loan from 10 years ago....I never did  one...also said two charges against me...it's fraud...a scam...
