I picked up my cell phone and saw this number calling. I answered and said hello multiple times with no answer but what sounded like wind or someone breathing into the phone. Then a very loud women started talking and i had no idea what she was saying so i hung up.

We just had that same number 803-728-3250 call us and nobody answered us but hung up.
We have tried several times to call them back but get a busy signal. Just report this call!!!

Yes we just had that same number call my cell phone and nobody answered. I tried to call it back and it said it had been disconnected but then I tried on another phone and it gives me a busy signal. Would like to know who this is? I do not have a clue. Thank you for your help!

I just had voice mail was like wind then a woman saying hello and hung up. Tried to call it back but said disconnect

Just had a call from this number and like others after many repeated "hellos" from my end it sounded like wind and then hung up.

Just received this phone call also. She said that my phone number had been selected to win a $25,000 home make over. Or receive the cash. Once I heard that I hung up.

foreign accent caller said he was selling a service similar to Costco

My phone shows I had a missed call close to 7:27 pm on Jan. 6. Same thing to me the phone rings and then a message telling me that the number is no longer in service. I'm glad to know though I'm not the only one who got this prank call. I was at first, thinking maybe some woman that knew me was mad at me because maybe she liked me and I didn't like her or I was supposed to like her and she thought I liked someone else & from my area code or maybe some jealous man and was afraid I did something I didn't know to make him mad. But now I'm like asking like everyone else is, why are they calling me and then hanging up? Who is this? es I would like to report it so I can find out and make sure they aren't just calling me for the hell of it. I'm not in the mood for jokes right now.

Got a call from this unknown number today. Not sure who is the prankster.

I just received a call from 803-738-3250 and when I answered they asked for my mother, how they knew my mothers name freaks me out. Well Anyways I said she wasn't here, he asked if I wad her daughter, and said he was calling from direct buy and he sounded like a foreigner. I hung up and they have tried to call several more times since. I haven't answered, it's making me very very ill.

This number called me to offer me some type of package for becoming a vip to receive a vacation for somewhere or anywhere in the us. he claimed he was the manager of direct buy and told me that there was no money that was going to be involved.

Sure, there's no money involved - YET.  But do you really want to trust some cold caller (who could be any Tom, Dick or Harry, BTW)?

I got the same call. Said it was from direct buy. And I won a $25,000 home makeover. Male who called, kept stumbling over his sentence, then hungup

Caller unknown and said nothing when I said HELLO just heard a breathing sound like it was a man ?? he did not answer to my SECOND HELLO  AND I SAID                   WHO IS THIS                                               HE STILL REMAINED                           SILENT  WANT THIS CALLER TO STOP CALLING

They need to do something with this number...they keep harassing people. I check this number it is a cell number probably a scammer!!!

Got a call from this number today, with the young man who said he was with Direct Buy.  He claimed my number was chosen for a home make over with the chance to be entered into a vacation give away.  The caller said that he was calling from a office here in Greenville, SC describing one of the main roads in the area. Being a foreigner, it was hard to understand him.

This number called me but I didn't answer  the 803 area code make me believe was nothing good

Got a call on my phone from this number, which I did not answer.  My wife's phone is one number off mine and it rang  two different times a half hour later.  I answered her phone and there was no response.  Very fishy.
