- anonJust called the #, it is IC Systems, possibly a collection agency. Hung up on them like their system does on people.
- Call type: Debt collector
- mikeTheir system is horrible. When you do pick up the system hangs up on you
- schmuli| 1 replyIC Systems is a collections outfit
This is one of hundreds of calles I have received from them, since going delinquent on debts.
The numbers that appear are often from the Chicago area, but, sometimes they read "202" (D.C.) area code.
This is the very first time that they have called, using a number local to me, here in Central Virginia, where they do not have a bricks-and-mortor facility.
Many telemarking outfits have spoofing software that allows them to show onto caller ID whatever number they type into their keyboard, but, as this is coming up for other people, I am guessing that this is a number that IC Systems owns for calls made in the Central Virginia area.- Caller: IC Systems

- sick of IC systemsThey call 3 or 4 times every day. No one on other end.
- david replies to schmuliI live in the Atlanta area. They call me from the 804 number as well as the 202 number. You can only answer their call, you cannot call them back. Costs them $$ for you to call into them.
- CETNot sure how they got a hold of my cell phone number but I will not tolerate it!!They call my house up until 9:00pm and they must call 5 or so times a day.

- CotikFrom last week I have received at least 4 - 5 calls a day from these jerks. Every time I pick up the phone there is silence followed by a hang up. The nerve to call on Mother's Day at 9PM!
And we are on do-not call registry.- Caller: IC System
- MoxieGoing through my phone right now, trying to identify callers I don't recognize. I have set up a contact "Credit Z" on my phone for all the numbers IC Systems is using to contact me - I'm now at 5 different phone numbers. Guess I need to pay off my debts.

- HarassmentEndless "out of area" calls all day long, no going on for weeks, never a live person, only silence if you pick up, or no message left on answering machine. Likely a collection agency based on other comments here, plain and simple harassment not even an attempt to collect a debt.

- Sarahi received 10 calls on September 12th. I spoke to someone twice. The are collecting a debt for Chase Bank (WAMU.) I told the first guy to call me on Tuesday for payment. Then I e=received three more calls. The third time I amswered again and the gentleman said the former guy didn't note in the system correctly for me not to receive anymore calls. Then I received five more calls following that guy. SO, evidently he didn't note in the system correctly either.

- xyv102They are calling me repeatedly as well, 5 times yesterday and 3 times today. I answered once yesterday telling them they had a wrong number, same thing today although I was a bit more firm about it. They note it takes 48 hours for phone numbers to be updated in their system/taken out of their queue... ridiculous.

- fedupcalled this number back and they wont say purpose of call and when i give them the number and ask to be put on the do not call list they say its not an "unsolicited call". I told them if I havent asked to receive calls from them then it IS unsolicited and take me off your list. She said wont do it unless I identify myself. Which I just did with my phone number. Not willing to give her my name.

- route66Every time I get a new number, i save it to a special name XXX and then XXX1, XXX2, etc. I change the ring to a single beep on that name and any new numbers go to that name(or I make a new one.) They will start in again from another number in a couple of days, and still use to old ones.
