called and disconnected

In the past four days I have received six calls from this number.  My caller id shows "Unknown Name" so I won't answer it.  They just hang up when they get the answering machine.  I'm thinking of filing a complaint if this keeps up.

This number belongs to Chrysler and they were calling to get a feedback on my purchase experience at the dealership. This is not a collection company nor a telemarketer.

They called and stated they worked for Ramey Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Tazewell, VA. Luckily I do work at that store and I know we do not hire out a company to do courtesy calls. We call our customers from our business phone and during normal business hours. This is a scam and I let them know they were barking up the wrong tree.

I returned call to the phone number and it say my call didn't go through. I don't know any one from this number, and they don't leave a message

Called twice now but we didn't answer. Left no message.
Called them from another phone. It's "Merrit Research" on behalf of Chrysler. We own no Chrysler products.
Any idea of how to report this activity and to whom?

I just bought 2 Chrysler products, a Town and Country Minivan, and a Jeep Patriot, both of which are fantastic vehicles, averaging 24 MPG.  The caller did not leave a message, but I was able to talk to them at a later time while home.  They simply wanted feedback on the purchase experience.

I got a call last night 6:21pm, caller id said unknown. We also just bought a Charger a few months ago.

I have recieved numerous calls from this number in the evenings and mornings.  I won't answer the call as it comes up unknown.

If people from this company look here, I have a suggestion: LEAVE A MESSAGE!  Otherwise no one knows who you are and you just piss us off with calling non stop!  I am soooo happy with my Jeep Patriot but am getting really pissed off with these calls with no message or anything!  What kind of operation are you running?????  It is not cool to call people at 9pm at night and not leave a message or identify yourself!

I got the same call...didn't answer it....just pasted it in google and got this page.  I recently bought a Jeep Wrangler so it fits in with the rest of these posts.....I think the company is actually Maritz Research because i also received a hardcopy of a customer satisfaction study in the mail...

804 isn't an area code that I am familiar with. This number began calling my unlisted private company cell, and I never receive calls from unfamiliar numbers. Sound of phone hanging up is the message left on voicemail. We just bought a dodge, which explains how an unknown number got my unlisted number.

This number has been calling me constantly. STOP CALLING!!!!!

804 is an area code in the Richmond/Petersburg area

I just bought a Dodge Challenger about a month ago from Larry H. Miller Dodge in Salt Lake City, so that explains why they're trying to call my unlisted private cell phone.  I love the Challenger by the way!

If you work for that dealership than you should realize that Chrysler has hires outside interviewers to replace the old CSI mailouts. You can listen to those phone reports online through your dealership on delerconnect. Sorry. your treemust be under a mushroom.

well I don't own a chrysler, thank goodness, so why are they calling me?  I too got a dial tone on my vmail.
