Got a call from this number on my cell. No message was left.

I have received 3 calls in the last hour.  First two were no one there. The last one just said, "Please hold" then disconnected.

This number called me 9 times I finally got someone to answer they stated they were with nco in reference with Capital 1 credit card .Ive never had an ccount with them..

NCO keeps trying to call my 11 year old daughter's cell phone.  I've called them back, they sadi they were trying to reach someone named "John" and that they would remove her number from their database.  They still call at least once a day.

  I don't know if this is all the numbers they use, but it is all of the numbers that have tried to call my daughter over the past 6 days.

I have received numerous calls from NCO Financial multiple times a day.  I've explained to them on over 3 occassions they have the wrong number. I even spoke with a manager, and they esure me that they were removing my number. I still get the calls!  This has been going on for a few weeks now, and I'm completely fed up. I want the calls to stop.  What can I do?

They called me at work, and said it is in regards to a capital one student loan.  I paid cash for college, no loans, no grants.  Unethical, lying company.  Suspect it is a scam.  Do not talk to them.
