This number just called my home. I didn't bother to pick up the phone, as it was not a number I recognized. The caller also did not leave a message in voice mail. That automatically tells me the number is not worth picking up the phone. The number is now marked as unwanted and ignore in my system.  Other sites have identified this as a spoofed number.

This number has called my home for two days in a row. Has never left a message. I wish it would stop! Another number to add to block list.

Numerous calls to my business with no one on the other line.  Just dead air, then hangs up,

Called my landline at 12:30.  Caller ID said Richmond, VA.  I did not answer and caller left no message.  Typical.

This number called today. Did not answer. Message left regarding timeshare info. I don't have a timeshare.

This same number called my landline at 12:30.  They called my personal cell number 15 minutes later.  WTH?  They had also called my personal cell yesterday (1/24) at 2:00.  Caller ID says Richmond, VA.  Definitely blocking now.

This number has been calling my house for 3 days, leaving no message.

7 calls from this number in the past week.  Each time caller ID says Richmond, VA.
Answered initially, no voice, just clicks, pause, then line goes dead.  No longer answering.  Since this is my landline, I cannot block.  I can choose not to answer it, but I can't prevent them from calling.  Verizon no longer offers Call Blocking (thanks ALOT, Verizon. Not.). Going to report this to donotcall.gov, but no good ever comes from that.  No wonder people are dumping their landlines.
Based on another comment about calls from this number being from Acorn, I wonder if  they are repeat-dialing Republicans to harass them?

804-298-1773 keeps calling my number. Some of us have to work at night and try to sleep in the daytime. Of course these telemarketer's know that. They are trying to harass you after they know you aren't going to give them money. Keep on calling, you'll get yours one day!

Have had several calls from this number over the last week, usually mid-afternoon.  Just called just now, in late morning.  Richmond, VA, not a recognized number, so let it go into voice mail.  No msg ever left.  Have had so many of these damned things, my call block feature on my phone is full!  Been on the Do Not Call List from its inception, but it does no good whatsoever.

Calls most every day but won't leave a message. CallerID says "LOCAL" - but the area code tells me that this is definitely not a local phone number.

Received call from this number, they left no message. I don't answer calls that I don't know. News this pass weekend said that many people have been getting calls where they wait for you to answer and when people answer they are asked "Can you hear them", they record your response and hang up. They then call back and use your recorded response against you. They tell you that you owe money, then harass you for payment, threaten you  on this so called "debt",  for payment. Best thing to do is not answer calls like these!

I got a call from this number on my cel and no message was left so I added to the block caller list. I am very thankful for this site so I can check on numbers I am unsure of.  Caller ID just said Virginia.

This number just called my home phone. A recorded statement told me about an important new development to benefit my timeshare, and invited me to a seminar and dinner. I do not own a timeshare.
