No clue who they are, my vehicle warranty doesn't expire till Dec 2008, and I generally get allot of "SPAM" from 3rd parties that are not affiliated with my warranty company.

This is a scam. I've been getting these calls for two months now either as unknown number or other various numbers that do not belong to them. They found a way to rig the number that shows up so you cannot easily trace them.
This should be reported immediately to FCC. Although I use the do not call list I still get this call.

A young woman was on the phone and promptly told me that this was my 'second notice' of a warranty expiration: she dodged my questions when I asked how could she be calling me about my vehicle warranty when she did not have the information, and I told her that she was full of it. I asked to be transferred to a manager; they put me on hold and then hung up.
