Mentioned it is a "second notice" for a auto warranty; no specifics on what the company name is: believe this was a telemarketing call.

No clue who they are, my vehicle warranty doesn't expire till Dec 2008, and I generally get allot of "SPAM" from 3rd parties that are not affiliated with my warranty company.

Caller ID shows Mildred Barnett. 804.303.5416. I usually hang up. I get this call on my land line, my cell phone, and they tried my computer but I reported the email as SPAM. I would like to find a way to block this constant, annoying call.

Did a reverse lookup and determined the owner of the number as:

Just received a call from this # on my Sprint cell phone.  They didn't leave a message.

Missed call! when I called back it says number is disconnected.

The gentleman said my warranty on my car had run out.
I asked him if he knew my name and he hung up.
It is a fishy company.

This is a scam. I've been getting these calls for two months now either as unknown number or other various numbers that do not belong to them. They found a way to rig the number that shows up so you cannot easily trace them.

This should be reported immediately to FCC. Although I use the do not call list I still get this call.

Somebody should "tell" them to stop already.

If you really want to annoy them answer the call and talk about the weather but do not give out information :).

Just received this call approximately five minutes ago. A young woman was on the phone and promptly told me that this was my 'second notice' of a warranty expiration: she dodged my questions when I asked how could she be calling me about my vehicle warranty when she did not have the information, and I told her that she was full of it. I asked to be transferred to a manager; they put me on hold and then hung up.

I have this missed call from this number, i called back and it tells me that either i dialed the number incorrectly or it has been disconnected.

About a car warranty I don't have expiring.
