Unidentified woman left a message to call this number and ended by wishing me luck if I didn't. Later a man called using my name as the recipient and identifying himself as Officer Lopez . Neither were native English speakers and I was unable to understand most of his message except for a reference to legal action and getting arrested if I didn't call back .

I called the number  from a different phone and the individual answered the phone with the following greeting:
Internal Revenue ServiceS.  Yeah right.

I received a phone message that sounded like it was 1/2 through the recording when the message was left...  Basically, it was a woman with a heavy accent and said that if I didn't return the call than all she can do is wish me "good luck"...  No contact name or company name was supplied in the message.

Do consider getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $40.00 or so.If its a cell phone, some already have call blocking, if not, there are free apps on the web that will work for some. You can google this. If you have a smart phone, there is a free app called call control. Iphones appear to have apps also. Another one is called Mr. Number.

A woman called saying a lawsuit was being filed against me.  If I did not call back I would be arrested.
Where can we file a complaint against these companies?

Robotic woman's voice telling me their are 5 counts against me and offices are on their way to arrest me. If I didn't call back she wished me "good luck"

It's been 2 weeks and no one has arrested me. Hopefully someone will find the maker of the robotic voice and telephone scam to arrest them!

Received a call saying if I didn't return the call I was going to be arrested.

Then called  said to me that are from WesternUnion union and and said that becouse I send money WesternUnion , that  i do frauds and I need lawyers . Left voicemail at 6:30 am to return call to Rick Wilson, Dept of Consumer Affairs. 804 308 5500. Spam!

Rick Wilson called my cell and said I won 750,000 from a sweep stake and they been trying to reach me since 12/22/21 to claim the money. He gave another # to call to "reactivate" my winning status and receive a claim # to return his call with this #. I did that and he said I needed to send a money order fedex overnight to a Naroli Espinoza Paiz.

Received a call from this number claiming to be Rick Wilson from Department of Consumer and Regulatory Affairs. The message said: “This is our regards, a pending disbursement that is entitled to your name. You need to call back as soon as you get this message”… the voice is robotic and the grammar is not normal so I knew right away it was a scam call…
