This scam is leaving a message saying they are the IRS and filing a lawsuit against you. They could be causing someone severe health problems by threatening citizens. These persons responsible for this scam should be prosecuted for false representation, and threatening the health and safety of others.

telemarker call left message that they are the IRS about a law suit . I have refereed the call on the my legal council , senator and attorney general looks like a scam  forwarding  to IRS the real one !

Message left to call 804-410-1201.  Caller said they were the IRS and this was a final notice regarding a pending lawsuit.  I am not the only person who uses my phone number as their home phone.  The caller did not specify which person at this phone number was being sued.

Left message saying IRS is filing lawsuit!  Ridiculous!  They need to be prosecuted.

They called me at 5:00 in the morning, left a message saying they were the IRS, this was a final notice to inform me that the IRS was filing a lawsuit against me and to call them immediately at 804-410-1201.

Saw this on the call log. Called here at 5:14 am!  Fortunately it was disconnected after one ring by blocker - never heard it. Criminals such as this, based on previous posts, should be shut down.
