I received a call from this number today with the usual scammer voicemail. They claimed that there has been fraudulent activity attached to my social security number and I will be served with a summons today. I blocked them but if anyone gets this message, definitely ignore it.

I received a phone call from this number today stating that I had fraudulent charges pending against my name and social security number. And that charges will be filed against me in my county today. They didn't state a case number, when I called the number back I sat on hold for 15minutes without talkingto anyone. After googling the number I saw that it's a scam and blocked the number.

I had the same exact phone call today around 2:00.  Said I had to fraud charges pending against my name and social security number. I am to call back and speak to their legal department to discuss matters. If I don't contact them the charges will be filed against me and once I am served at my job or my home I forfeit my rights and they left me a case number. I've called back numerous times it goes straight to voicemail and the voicemail is full. They did not leave the name of their company or the callers name

A phone call isn't legal proof of any debt owed. Neither is fax or email legal proof. Debt validation must be sent by USPS mail.

got  a call saying the  same  thing   summors  will  be  serve   at my house  or  my  job

Received several calls stating I had charges against me call this number no answer says not a good number I don't owe anyone anything it's a scam the case number is the same one on everyone I looked up if they want it should be verified Mail I'm reporting this also to my police department

A total scam. My local law enforcement is on it

Same as everyone else.  They previously tried to contact me from a Vermont number
They will try to get your SSN and address.  Do not give it to them

I started receiving the same call， saying that I have brought charges against me，and that my social security number is related to fraud charges， I called the number back and it only rung， voicemail full， the left a case number on my cell phone， they knew my name， but that's easy to come back， I have no loans and old nobody money， just have to be a scam， be careful and don't give information out

H-e-l-l-o this is the robot voice recording scammer that will try to harass you into believing that there is actually a lawsuit being filed against you.  Blocked. Go ahead and keep calling...y-o-u w-i-l-l g-e-t n-o-w-h-e-r-e but an eventual jail sentence when you are apprehended.

I am receiving calls for an Eric Thomas regarding fraud and I do not know anyone with that name & I've had this phone number for 14 yrs. I have received about 4-5 phone calls already. I'd like this straightened out please.

Same here, just got a call today regarding this subject from 804-420-4838 a processing center. We called back and it goes to a full VM box. They also gave a 2nd number and it does the same

Phone scam! The callers name is Tiffani Daniels Says you have 2 counts of fraud connected to your name. What's you to call the number back and talk the a legal dept.

I also received this same call from this number on 3/17/2015. My voice mail picked it up.  Here is the transcript of the call:

You will need to do so before you receive your summons at your place of employment or at your home address. Once you are served your rights will be forfeited. Your case number is <computer recording>***Case number in the form AAA000000***</computer recording> Their telephone number is (804) 420-4838. You will need to speak to someone in the legal department.

I just recv'd the same call today and again last month from a different number.
