voice mail says that I won product from nascar. I believe its because when I was at the race I filled out a paper to get free merchandise.

Inquired about proceed and from that point, continued getting calls from this number.

Product from "NASCAR VIP Club"...saying I won something at a booth I signed up for at a racetrack, so I gave CC # for $10 S&H...called back a few minutes later to verify, and this person says "you've called NASCAR", laughing, then told me if I wanted to keep my "prize", they would charge my card $195.  When I told them to cancel my order, they said I wasn't in their system yet and to call back in two days to cancel.  SCAM.

Yeah i get a call daily from this number claiming i won some nascar rewards package as well. Its getting annoying...anyone know how to get them to stop?

I got a call from the Nascar Rewards Zone. They told me I won a gift package and a one month VIP membership. I was a little fishy about the whole situation, but i went ahead and gave them my credit card numbers for the 9.95 shipping and handeling for my rewards package. Later, I did some research and found this site and found out that the phone number was residential. So, I had my card cancelled immediately.

I was at a NASCAR event in November at PIR. Today 12-13-07 at 9:30 am I got the call from "Tish" from 804-474-6727  saying I won 400$ of NASCAR gear, and that I will be a VIP member and get all kinds of benefits she asked me who my favorite driver is, what my email is and what size Jacket I wear and then hit me with the " so are you going to pay for the 9.95 $ shipping of the NASCAR package with a credit card ? ". I said why would I have to pay 10 bucks in shipping for a 400$ gift ??? What kind of gift requires you to pay anything ?? Then I told her Im not giving my credit card number over a cell phone, I told her to Send the gift C.O.D. she said that they use UPS and its pre-paid so it cant be C.O.D. Then she said you can talk to my supervisor to verify that this is legitimate and they are the an Official NASCAR prize center. I said just e-mail me the information and I will investigate .....then I asked is there a number where I can reach you and she gave me 1-887-948-1123...... Its a scam .....

They have called my house atleast three times, and we listened to the sales scam, I mean pitch twice. The third time I told the lady to stop calling, that if you won something it doesn't cost you anything except taxes. When I called the number on my caller ID I got Elvis he answered rewards department. Caller ID said Media Synergy.I told him to stop calling or they would be talking to my lawyer.

They've called my cell phone a couple times and always call twice. But this one isn't for NASCAR, it's for a vacuum cleaner. They might be connected to IGIA because we've been trying to get a refund from IGIA for a vacuum cleaner for over two years. It's definately a scam...whatever their "selling".

he intorduced the prodict and then was like how ya doin buddy.
and im 15 so that was kinda weird.

They leave multiple pre-recorded message selling Phazer police radar. On the caller ID it says Media Synergy 804-474-6727. This is the website http://radar.mediasynergygroup.com/.
I am already on the DO NOT CALL list and tried to call all three numbers (on the pre-recorded message, on the caller ID, and on the website and can't get anyone to pick up.

If worse comes to worse I may sue in small claims court but these companies usually pack up and run.

We are getting these calls too.  We signed up for the Richard Petty Race experience at the Texas Nascar Race last November and I think that's where it's coming from.  They almost got my husband and he was pissed when he realized the scam they were trying to pull.  Something about prizes but if you want to opt out you have to call another number w/in 30 days.  Well dear hubby let the guy have it but they are still calling.  I just dodge the number when I see it.  I'll wait till I have a raging case of PMS then I'll answer the call.  That will be fun!!!

yeah this lady from nascar called and said I "won" a v.i.p. package. I said did I win the car. She said no!, I said adios!!!!

Every since we went to our first race we get a ton of calls from the number. I have tried everything and they wont stop!!

They called and said that I had won $400 and a jacket then asked who I would like to meet. Then he asked for a card number, but all I have is an ATM card. So like a fool, I gave him the number ,but thankfully it didn't work. He supposed to call back at five. I'm sooooo glad I found this thread before he called back.

Not long after we started getting the phone calls and  then we get a 1.00 debit hold on our account for (mediasynergy group LL)So i got on line and searched this and it brought me at this blog We called the number the first time and we got a guy who new everything about us then we called again and it come up  windom vacations the guy then wanted my credit card number so he could actcess my acount and told the guy to give me his then he just stuterd and ask me if he could help me with any thing else and i said hay give your credit card number, then he just hung up. WE did not authorize and transaction at all this is [***] We are waiting to see what happens and filing charges as we speak! Nascar needs to be held accountable for this! Its funny the sponsore of the race was lifelock.com go figure. Did anyone have this issue? I am waitting for anothier call cuse someones going to get it hahahaha! Their are phone numbers i have and some names.
