Received a phone call at work 11:35 A.M. EDT from a James Calvin. Caller had very thick accent (either Indian or Middle Eastern). Stated they had a complaint against me that they were going to file with court (didn't say what court, what the complaint was about, and he didn't identify what compay he was representing). I told him I wasn't interested. Surprisingly, he gave up very easy & said good bye then hung up.

My daughter got a call from this number.  The man with the heavy accent said his name was Michael Davies.  He said she owed $250 to Cash Express, and he was going to take her to court.  She has never been to Cash Express.  There isn't even one located in the area she lives.  He was trying to get her complete social security number.  He had the last 4 digits and wanted her to verify the rest.  Luckily, she knew better than to do that.

I recieved a call from this number. The message left on my voicemail indicated, a heavily accented, Jerry Damner was trying to reach me about a time sensitive matter.  He claimed on the voicemail that I had a lawsuit against me ....and gave 4 digits, which supposedly represented the last of my soical security number, in regards to this "matter". He left this number  804-728-0863 as the return call number. This is the number the also showed on my caller id. Ironically, less than a week ago I recieved a call from a Californa # that I took, and a heavily accented jerk said the same thing, He started using profanity on me and it was just a mess. I was appauled and advised him if he called my phone again I would call law enforcement for harrassment. So, fast forward to today and I get this new call. Also, I work for a company that has close ties with The local major telephone company which does the advertising for many business and has access to phone records. I attempted to locate this number and was not able to retrieve any information on it. (Things that make you go hmmmmm)  Anyway, I will go to the governments "Do not call list" and remove my number from the telemarketing list. I will also place the number under the
"Trap Call" application which allows me to block the number. They will forever get a message that indicates my number is disconnected.

This Dummy, James Calvin called from 804-728-0863 requesting to speak with a co-worker. He said she has legal matters and to contact him. I'm very familiar with this dummy because he also call others at work and attempted to get social security information and said they had borrowed money from a check cashing store and he was going to take them to court if they didn't cooperate.

Why can't this dummy be stooped?

Neil Johnson called from 804-728-0863 with a heavy accent this was the 3rd call of the day the other 2 calls were from a 347-269-0834 Morgan Black from PCS...Well this time same thing that there is a judgment against my social & he gave me the last 4 digits of my social & asked was this the last 4 of my social & I said no then he said you are in great deal of trouble I said good & hung up....This is such a scam & through out the call I told him he was a scam & to stop calling my phone & I had called the police & I eventually hung up

we receive 15 - 20 calls from this 804.728.0863 number daily.  A man by the name of raymond says that there is a server in our restaurant that has a legal matter with him.  we do not allow employees to take personal phone calls and, therefore, do not put the call through.  He harrasses our company on a daily basis.  This has to be stopped.

OMG! I just got off the phone with the same guy who had previously left a message of the same content. He seems to have everyones addressses too because he said he was going to bomb us. I called my local sherriffs department.

Received a call from "Jack Moore" with Indian accent, yeah, that makes sense........  I asked if it was personal or business and he said personal.  Then i told him to contact the home number and he then said its a business matter.  number was 804-728-0863.  Told me the company was DFS Financial regarding fraud.  I think thats what he said, since i could bearly understand his accent.  He didnt even sound like he knew what he was talking about......

there should be a way that you can report these guys and someone actually does something about it.

This same company has been calling (non-stop) a co-worker of mine in the courthouse. She works in the Tax Office and I work in the Prosecuting Attorney's Office. These jerks have been calling for over a month now...sometimes 15 x's a day. So we (prosecutor's office) instructed the "victim" (tax office employee) to transfer the calls to us. I told the idiot foreigner to STOP calling her and that it was doing him NO good b/c their scam is to scare people into sending them money isnt going to work here!  Long story short....there were several assistant prosecutors around me while i had the idiot on speaker phone. He called me a PROSTITUTE;  said i better eat my last bread & butter b/c on SUNDAY (btw, is 9/11) he was coming to kill me!!!!  We've done a little investigation on this company. They are a SCAM, no doubt. Their number shows on the caller id as coming from Richmond, VA. However, this is NOT where they are actually calling from. They have scamed a way to get an american phone number somehow & are calling from INDIA!!!  NO ONE GIVE THEM MONEY. They cannot fire you as they tell these poor victims & they will not kill you; they're in INDIA!!!! Just report  the incident(s) to the police. If you are getting in trouble at work, have the police explain to your employer that this is fraud & its being investigated all over the US!!!

This same idiot has been calling my home also. Saying he'll have me fired,threating to take to court,etc... I simply got sick of it so the next time he called I began repeating what he was saying finally he hung up. Let's get this character!

I got a call from this number too and the same thing happen to me

This same guy has called me harrasing me at home and work saying that I have to pay them $600 for a legal matter they have outstanding with me.  Rude , and kept. calling my job that we ended up having phone blocked after,  My boss had to get on the phone and tell him to stop calling our office and ended up placing  police reports in 2 different jurisdiction against them.

OMG!!! UNBELIVABLE !!  James Calvin is also Roberto Rosado.   its like the capital one comercial where they are speaking to "Peggy" LOL   truly not funny  its scary but  I had the same person contact me ref a payday loan company I never contacted.   threatning that I owed them money and they were going to take me to court.   Called police and had numbers blocked.

I just received a call from a Marcus James. who threatened to get me fired.  He said that I can not pay anyone else but him.. .and if I don't send him a fax then he will get me fired.  I told him that will not happen and that he is not to contact my employer again.

I have been harrased by these men stating I owed $563.00 for an outstanding loan from Payday. They have been harrassing me for lots, & lots of money. Getting me in trouble at my workplace, being very rude. I talked to an officer named Jacob Matthews & he has assured me that they are scamming me out of money. They call me every hour on the hour constantly & I need it to stop.

I jus got a call at work he also said he was going to get me fired and he keep callin my job I told him I contact a lawyer he want ed the name so I gave him one then the wanted to speak to my boss and wanted a fax number gave hima fax number he have not fax nothing yet

I received a call from this number and the voicemail kind of scared me. Then I looked online (thank goodness for the internet) thanks for all the post. I don't plan on calling them back at all.

I too receive a call from Jack Moore 804-728-0863.  Please help they are harrasing me at work. Im really tired of it.

i was texted by this number.  they claimed they were my father and he changed is cell number to this number.  i said oh did you get a new phone he said yes a galaxy and than said jill?  then i asked my father and he said no he did not change his number or get a new phone.  i texted back this number saying that my father did not change his number  after i said that i did not get a reply.  i found it very strange how he knew my name.  i call the number and do not get an answer.  i found this very creepy.  and now i get restricted phone calls with no answer.
