They want answer the phone at all , but they call other people telling them what they are going to do to you. That is so messy as a business .

This number called me saying that I owe some company but they cant say who or do they have info.  Fraud

The caller did not give his name or what the debt was for! Said they would
Be by Monday to serve papers! And when he was not given the information he was looking for- ie the person he wanted to talk to- he talk about his [***] and how I musg have one dangling between my legs! A child was present!

These people have been harassing me for a Lisa Morris someone I don't even know! Then when I tell them that I have no idea who this lady is they hang up and call again at least 2 more times that same day! They won't take me off their calling list! They start the call saying that they're going to be serving a court paper between the hours of so and so, and want to know if this person is going to be home at that time. I have blocked their number and they still leave voicemails for this lady!

Lady call in that she will be serve me paper work from civil court between 8 in 4 so need to stop call me

Telling me, they are serving me legal documents, will not tell me who the creditor is, but I owe and unless I give a credit card number, I will be arrested tomorrow. Idiots, Scammers.

Called claiming I owe some pay day loan company called personal cash advance and that they need to serve me a legal summons between 9 am and 4 pm. Quoted my old name, social security number, old email address and employer to try and make it sound legit.  I told him if they really knew that much about me then they know where to serve the supposed papers so I can stand in court and have their company prove I owe any kind of debt.  I even asked him if I owe them why is it not on ANY credit report, background report, or lien search as I have those done regularly for work.  His response was pretty lame, it was “well we can’t present a bad debt on those reports”. Nice try jack”&$ I wasn’t born yesterday.  I hung up the phone.  The fact that people like this have so much info does make me thankful that I keep a very close eye on my credit reports.

They claimed I owed a payday advance loan I never took out. Asked if i wanted to avoid court costs.... They hung up and blocked me when I started asking too many questions.
