They did not leave a message, but the Caller ID said Sandston VA.
 When I first placed this number in it took me to a number that ended in 3 instead of the 2 and many said the number was a debt collector called west assets.

I have no clue to why they called me but too bad I never answer a call when I do not know who is calling.

Just got a phone call from this number, and the caller Id says :"Asset Acceptance", which is a debt collection agency. They just left a message on my phone answering machine, that says, by continuing to listen, that I am accepting this debt---  and get this-- its not even *my* name!, Its someone else! The name left isn't even close to my name, or anyone who lives here--. I have had this number for 13 years, so if its an old number-- its really old. HOW IS THIS EVEN LEGAL???   I just blocked the number, and hope it stops.  I went through this a few years ago,  with another debt collection company, same scam, called mutiple times with threatening messages for someone I never heard of-- eventually they stop calling, but it was very annoying. I have read-- don't even talk to them, best thing to do is no contact-- they record your voice, and will try and trick you into saying 'yes' or giving personal info, and then pin someone ELSE'S debt onto you!!

I got a call from this number, left a voicemail saying that its for someone who is not me, and says that they are a debt collector. Here is the voicemail:

I received one, and the lady went into nasty mode and then realized I wasn't the person they were looking for. It took here a moment or two to recover. Never heard of the person they are looking for.

We've had this number for 3 years.

This number has called my home repeatedly.  I finally listened for a while and they said a name of someone who DOESN'T live in my HOME.  I KNOW I don't owe anything to anybody so I would like to sue this organization for disturbing my peace, harrassment, etc.   Even debt collectors (if that is what they are) cannot according to law call repeatedly like that.

Recorded robo call. Message is unintelligible.

Got a missed "call" from this number to my "TextPlus" number. I never gave this number out and only use it to text.
