Calls 3-4 times daily

get at least 2 calls a day and says "Richmond VA" on my caller ID. Looking for a certain person for a review on his account for american express

got a call last week and wated for a real person to come on but O gave up after 10 min on hold. Got another call today and let it go to message but no message left. Do not care if it is AMEX, a debt collector or GOd himself. If you want to toak to me either get on the phone yourself or leave a damn message.. LOSERS!

They called again and this time left a message DEMAnding THAT i call an 866 number and give them a long (8-10 digits)reference number. This was an auto voice not a real person. F them!

Call 2 or 3 times a day saying they are trying to reach a fictitious person and try to get you to enter your Zip code.  I lost my Amex a couple of weeks ago, sounds like a con to me.....

Apparently an automated system that calls daily leaving a message and reference number for a prson unknown by me to return their call.  They claim to be American Express.  Sounds like a scam, but my phone company (QWEST) says there is not much I can do about it short of playing their game and placing a paid call to speak with what might be a human.

If the phone call is not answered, they leave a message on your voicemail.

I suspect this is a debt collector.

I called AMEX and they admitted that this is an INTERNAL AMEX COLLECTION SERVICE!!  After telling them that I do not know the person they are looking for, they agreed to stop the calls.

get a call every 2 hrs until 9pm. no messages . starts about 10am

(804) 952-9979 belongs to West Asset management, a collection agency for American Express.  Trying to reach someone about some old credit card bill from 10 years ago.  Just ignore.

Sent cease and Desist letters via certified mail with return receipt to the Marietta GA address. Still getting calls. Try the fredricksburg VA address.
