Haved called my home 5 times in the last day or so.  They have more scam numbers than cod liver has oil.  I'm just not going to have a phone anymore.  My blood pressure is so high that it's off the charts.  They are literally killing me.  If something happens to me, I want everyone to know that they were mainly the cause.

People you must STOP THE HARASSMENT.  If this is Toyota and you are owed
a payment, please please, please leave a message.  You have a legit reason for calling.  If you are a SCAM which everyone is reporting that you are,
then please learn from this:  One of my co-workers just killed herself due to this kind of treatment.   She had little children at home.  Do you think it's actually worth it?  Would you like to be the one to speak to those little children when they grow up as to the real part you played in the lost of their mother?  Almost everyone is on the edge these days.
Our world is in trouble.  We treat each other like dog scraps.  Please,  please STOP.  Speak or forever hold your peace.

Calls a few times on random days, even on weekends. If it is Toyota Financial, they got the wrong person. I don't own a Toyota.

I dont own a Toyota, so it cant be Toyota Financial calling me, but they have called me 15 times in the last day and a half. Im about to answer it and unleash. They started calling at 7:56am this morning, and my last call last night was at 8:56pm...  anyone know the laws on this? Seems like harassment...

It doesn't matter if you do talk to them they will still call you everyday until you have payment set up to have everything caught up within 2 weeks.  SO why talk to them if they keep calling anyway??  I have a dead toyota in my yard and I still owe over $12000 on it.  I spent $3000 on it a year ago right after the certified warranty went off and it needs probably another $1000 now.

Do you have a relative or friend that owns a Toyota that might be running late?  IF so they might be calling you.

Most of the laws around time only apply to collection agencies.  They seem to stop at 9pm though.

If you don't answer after a while they will start calling relatives and friends to find out why they can't get ahold of you.

I recalled the number and got a message that all circuits are busy- I am late on my VW payment which is financed through Toyota Motor Credit, so maybe thats who it is.

I know the feeling.  Right after the warranty was up so was the car.  I've been paying for 3 years on a car that I can't drive.  I thought I would do the right thing and pay it off since I signed my name.  But things are tough right now,  payments are a little late and these folks are making me rethink that decision.  I'm 5 days and 50 bucks short of my payment and they call ALL day reguardless of how many times I explain it to them.  Good Luck.  I think I'll be driving anything BUT a Toyota next time.

Honestly, what is the point in them calling me all day? Every hour on the hour from 11 am to 11 pm with different numbers every time. Seriously, if I had the money, I wouldn't be in this situation. I'm two payments behind which is cause for repossession I guess, and I'm trying my best to sell it. That's what happens when your husband is in the military and our economy doesn't allow me to get a job that will pay the 400$ a month I give to Toyota. We own another Toyota and they better be glad we're not behind on them both or they'd be out 850$ a month instead of $400. They are completely ridiculous. Anyone know if I sell it, can I move the 2 payments I missed to the end of my loan and extend the loand by 2 months?

nice,site....yeah I have a toyota. And Voicemail.  Leave a message or do not call.  4 calls in one day means they should fine tune the call dialer.

hey omg im in the same situation.. they call me a million times a day. im also behind two payments. except mine ar 600 a month. i recently lost my job and now i hve a min pay job which i make crap in and as a college student i cant afford it. im thinking of voluntetly turning it in :(

if it is toyota, they need to relax. i meant to pay my bill online and i guess i forgot to hit pay. i started getting 3 calls a day and i was only late 10 days on my payment.

I received phone call after phone call numerous times (x6-7) a day with no voicemail left from them, I never answered because I didn't know who it was ( for 2 weeks now) all my car payments are up to date but apparently the constant calls are about a $25.00 late fee.  I have to laugh.
I agree they should leave a message. the calls always stop before 9pm EST.

Yup it's Toyota and they tell me I know you paid but your behind by $100. can you take care of that today? I told them no if I don't have it I can't give it to you and please stop calling my work # or I'll be fired and be able to pay you nothing. Did that stop them of course NOT!!! Mind you I only have 4 more payments until the car is friggin paid off I've paid you over $20,000.00 do you think you can stop....uugghh

Yeah I keep getting them too! Got a call the other day from someone refusing to tell me who they were or why they were calling. All they would say was "its an important business matter" I'm sorry if they can't identify themselves I'm not talking to them!
