- Mark| 2 repliesToyota constantly calls after hours. The reps consistently ask for the wrong person and are disrespectful and rude. Don't do business with Toyota. They violate the Fair Credit Reporting Act and harass their customers.

- LillieJane| 1 replyI already told them I had made this months car payment , then they call more then 5 times per day with different phone numbers. I was laid off and took two months to find a job and now I have a low paying job and cannot catch up on the two months payment unfortunately. I have told them this over 60 times. They never reposessed the car. They can come and get it if they want but I have made all the other payments on time, just cannot catch up with the two months. I used to make 33.00 per hour but now only make 10.00 per hour and barely making it. I also have had two surgeries where I cannot do old job. I wish they would leave me alone. I almost do not want to make another payment, so they can get the car and I can buy a real cheap one up the street, I am getting all kinds of letters, and phone calls, I told them my situation and cannot understand why they just don't get the car., When I bought this car , Toyota also transferred my old car loan onto this car loan so the car is only worh 3,000 dollars and the loan on it is now 12,000 dollars.!!!!! I also have been in three car accidents with this car(none of them my fault) I am right on time with the payments except for the two months back in 2009 when I lost the high paying job. The calls are out of control!!! All kinds of different phone numbers, what a joke. Anyway, the car is a Ford and not even a Toyota even though I bought it at toyota, Have a good day, thanks for reading:)

- LilleiJane replies to Mark| 1 replyYou are so right, one lady was very sarcastic and said "At least I make my payments!!"
- BrokeAsAJoke replies to LillieJaneToyota allows you to post-pend a payment twice in a contract or in a year (i'm not sure which) by deferring your current monthly payment to the end of your contract cycle. They just can't be two consecutive payments.
So basically, if its March now, and you can't make your February payment, you can ask them to post add it to the end of your contract. I.E. If your contract states that your last payment of $XXX is say July 2015, then you will have a payment due for $XXX on August 2015 which was the payment from February of this year. If u did it twice then you would have an additional $XXX due in September 2015. hope that helps a little. - Toyota UGH!| 1 replyI only owed LESS THAN one full payment on the ENTIRE LOAN -- but I couldn't make this FINAL payment until after it was due -- but before it was thirty days late -- AND I received at least 15 "automatic computer calls" during this period -- even past the date the payment was made -- AND I had put in a WRITTEN notice that Toyota was to ONLY make contact with me via mail -- per the Consumer Credit laws -- because I've had similar problems with Toyota in the past. My final payment (even with the late fee) was $395 yet my normal monthly payment was $416. It's the first and only new car I've ever had -- never again!

- (Withheld)I got a cal from this number several times someone asking for my wife and faithfully i gave the person my wife's number. But the person never called my wife at all. I wonder what this fellow wants from from us. If you are genuinely calling on official purpose why do you hide the information and your names you do not want people never call me again from (804)-965-2808. And if this is a genuine business which hires employees with incompetent customer service who will ruin the business they should first train them.
