This number called me twice but left no msg.  Immediately after that, I get another call from a different number but same area code. Looks like the same people calling. Didn't leave a vm or anything as such

Received a call from 805-023-1111 on 08/26/14 at 12:43 PM Mountain Standard Time. Caller ID shows "Unknown" from Northern Los Angeles Area. They did not leave voice message

Got a call from same number again this Sunday. After a moment of pause, caller told me his name is kashiv and he's calling from some telephone network provider. I'm sure that was not his real name. I instructed him in strong words not to call agin.

just got a call a few min. ago from same number (exact time was 2:25 here in florida) and it was a women this time for me.. couldn't make out all she was saying..she said something about if I made calls to Pakistan and if I made long distance calls..tried to call number back n it comes back as invalid..tried txting it..says is a landline..tried to do the txt to landline n it came back and said it tried 3 times n couldn't do it..something is very very fishy

got a call from this number and she asked if I call Pakistan and I said No and she hanged phone on me, this is  definitely a scam , Tried to call back and it doesnt take calls,

Got a call from this number. There was a man talking to me in Urdu. He said that if I want to make calls to Pakistan I can do it in 20$ and bla bla. I said thank you, but I'm not interested. Then he started saying why what happened Ma'am.  I hanged up the phone. Seems fishy as he greeted me Assalam-o- Alaikum. How did he know that I am a Muslim and can understand Urdu? :/ Hope he's not going to bother me by calling again and again.

man called  at 11.25 pm - he said " How are you, I love you" then hang up!  He called again 15mns later and I acted stupid ... so he hung up. I tried calling back  to check the number -- not available....

I did not answer the two attempts this obviously fake number 805-023-1111 made to my cell. But reading the comments above suggests it must be some piece of dog poop illegal termination or bulk calling provider to or from Pakistan, since I am a Pakistani born American. Someone above asked how they may have gotten to know who is from Pakistan, they can find such info from many lists, sources, and even from analyzing names.

They keep calling me about long distance calls. And refuse to remove me from their list.

I have been receiving calls from this number several times over the past month. I found the number on the caller id several times. Today I told them in strong words not to call again. Very interestingly, the south asian guy on the other side told me that in order for that to happen I should deposit $10 and be off their roster. I have never come across such entities before as my number is unpublished. I intend to let Verizon Network know about it and report them to donotcall.gov.

Called me 3 times at work. Called again after work. Tried to talk to me about some phone plan and calling out of country but I couldn't understand him through his Indian accent. Asked to speak to someone else and he just lowered his voice and changed his name. Told him to lemme talk to someone who speaks clear English or leave me alone and he said good bye then hung up on me. [***] off
