Repeated calls, no message

No sooner had a spoken my, "Hello," into the receiver, did a lively albeit forced infomercial male voice chime, "Hello may I speak with _______!"  "Who's calling, please?" I politely posed. How prerecorded the voice sounded to me. It was followed by a second of silence as I awaited his response. There was a click, and the call was abruptly disconnected.

I rushed to my computer and I looked up the the latest record of phone calls, all of which are emailed to me through a setting at the Verizon FIOS voice website. Copying the number from the email subject line, I hastened to paste it into the clandestinely nefarious Google search engine, then I deftly typed in the missing hyphens of the phone number. Enter. I instantly selected 800notes.com which faithfully appeared at the top of the search results.

How I greatly admired, 800notes.com, the only bright light which dared to valiantly pierce through the dark cloud of unsolicited and innumerable telephone calls which currently besieged the communication utensils of this once-great nation, stealing, nay, robbing good but unwittingly subjugated people of peace, security, and countless numbers of what otherwise could have been hours spent toward betterment of their lives.

Picking up the receiver, I keyed the numbers 8051268987 into my phone which was attached to the clever little CPR Call Blocker I had purchased online. My relationship with V42512530200001 was instantly terminated.

There went five minutes of my life lost forever! Thoughts plagued my imagination of N。S。A。computers collecting voice prints of all the sleepy sheeple of the U.S. into their monstrously immense databases maintained by tireless and dedicated "public servants" blind to the nefarious exploits of their -- of our -- real but faceless masters. (ಠ_ಠ)

CID now says "California"

Unsolicited nuisance call with no conversation and no message.

The caller, used different area code, numbers & California or V + 14 or 15 digits to call us in last2 years. Although I told them" Please do not call again.". they keep used other numbers & ID to call us.
I hope www.ftc,gov & www.fcc.gov/complaints will catch & fine them from $100,000.00 to $200,000.00 USD soon.

these morons called again today

Obviously a spoofed number - said he was a contractor - he was actually very nice.  Gave me a different number in case I ever need their help - seemed shocked that a spoofed number came through.

Looks sort of familiar, probably one of a series of numbers.  Blocked.
