Another phony number.  Called and didn't leave a message.  The phone companies should automatically block these numbers.

As caller Id is easily spoofed (faked) your caller could be anyone anywhere in the world. If you do not know anyone in that City/State do not take, or return the call. If you Must take the call, and someone answers, do not give out any personal or financial information. You cannot guarantee the caller is who they say they are.

I've submitted a complaint against 805-129-7894 on the National Do Not Call website.  It's easy:

The more complaints, the larger the fine when the FTC finally gets around to tracking these telemarketers down or they open up a bounty system to allow us to snare them... for a sizeable reward!  Perhaps reward the tracker 50% of the fine charged!  I'd spend time baiting them for perhaps $1K or $2K!
