Got a call on my cell phone...said it was from Northern Los Angeles Area. No message was left. Now blocked on my phone.

Recieved 2 calls from this number this morning.  Left no messages and I am on the National NO CALL List

I've had several calls from this# on my cell phone.  It shows that it's from Guadeloupe,  CA. I don't answer & they never leave a msg

I have received several calls this number today I picked up the call and it was: from Debbie saying she is from Rx Education and wanted to know if I spend $ 100.00 or more on Rx medication monthly as her firm can save me money.  I told her not on myself alone.  Then she asked if I was on any type of Gov't assistance I said nope.  Then she asked me the same question again about spending $ 100.00 in monthly medication.  I said not for myself alone....she said wait a moment...long pause....I hung up.
Then I called the number back   GOT Debbie and told her the facts: I am on the National DO NOT CALL LIST she said she would remove my number at once.

called my cellphone 3:50 this afternoon, no msg.
