the number calls me every weeke trying to sell business supplys and i always say NO.. these people dont get the hint...

Calls on a business phone several times a day - very annoying when you are trying to get actual work done.  I will never order from them just for the harassment!

Agressive, rude and harassing.
Wants to speak with my "procurement department"

Keeps calling our fax number, we don't answer.

OMG! These people called my CELL PHONE today! I just told them what I tell everyone, "If I want to buy something from you, I WILL CALL YOU!" Don't ever call this number again!

They just called during business hours and a woman asked if she could have the name of the person who orders our printing supplies.

I told her directly and clearly, "Actually we have no needs in that are whatsoever, and that has come down from our Office Manager, but thank-you for calling."

That ended the call successfully at this point.

They called during business hours and a man asked asked to speak to the person that orders printer ribbon and printing supplies.

I told him that it was me and that we're not interested, thank you... and I hung up.

He immediately phoned back several more times, wasting my time and trying to get through to a manager or the IT department. He said oooh, "I'm on your company website and see that you're the head receptionist and oh, there we go, I got the manager's direct line." Total BS as all calls go through the switchboard.

I did try calling the 805 244 9500 number but it was just a recording from AT&T...

This man called asking to speak to the person who buys our printing supplies. I told him who he needed to speak with and that she was out of the office for the day. I then asked him if he would like to leave her a voicemail. He said no I want to call back to hear your beautiful voice. I just said okay hoping he would just get off the phone. Well he then asked me if i was married and I told him Happily Married. He said well I'm sure he is a happy lucky guy and i'll talk to you tomorrow. I just hung up on him!

Also asked for the person who handles our printing supplies.  I said "sure, hold one moment" and put him on hold till the light went out.  Now of course he'll probably call and harrass me further.

A man asked for the General Manager and when I said we don't have one he asked for the front desk, I identified myself as the business owner and what can I do to help him, he hung up!

This number calls up to 7 times a day harrassing us to buy supplies. Do not be intimidated by her! They told me the name of their company was Coast To Coast.

Wants to speak with "the person who orders your laser supplies." Reminds me of the many callers who used to say they were updating their records to make sure they have the correct copier model, only to ask what the model was.  I usually say "Oh, I've got a Ronco RX355..." then there was silence on the other end...got 'em!

First asked to talk to person in charge of computers.  He said he was a technicion for Coast to Coast Computers.
The plan was to give him the copier ID & a sales manager would call back with pricing, even though I told him we were under contract for supplies.
2nd time someone called today.

This company continues to give us the same telemarketing ploy of printer supplies, we have asked on 12 occaisions that they remove us from their call lists to no avail, They called again today, (In violation of the govt. do not call list, I might add ad)hung up when I asked to speak to a manager. Filing FTC Complaint and lawsuit ($10000.00 each call) for Violations. Here is the California Attorney Generals info on this company in case someone also feels like making an example out of this company for their do not call violations!

Don from coast to coast keeps calling our differents stores trying to get us to buy printer cartridges. We order all that stuff corporately, but it seems he's employed some social engineering and knows where our wharehouse is and the 4 letter code we refer to it internally with it. I've had my district manager call and complain as well. Don called me yesterday afer a 6 month hiatus and refused to give me a call back number. He knew I was onto him. He calls today and says "Hey man how's it goin?" I reply back with "Hi Don" to which he says "Oops, wrong number!" Click. I just called and left a message with his "boss" Tom.

Caller called Phishing for information, trying to sell cartridges said his name was Sam. Kept trying to get our address. I asked him repeatedly what he needed just kept answering with a question. Where are you ? What do you do ? What is your address. Do you buy cartridges.

Female caller asked for the name of the person who orders printer supplies.  I told her we do not give out the name.  She then asked for their voice mail.  I told her we don't do that either.  She said thank you and hung up.
