This is a legit number.  I have purchased movies from them in the past.  My grandkids love these movies.  Tiny Heros, Scamper, Franklin.  The company is called Feature Films for Families and they are a great company tryiing to promote good entertainment.  They have films even my wife and I enjoy!

They keep calling are using at least 3 numbers: 516-453-5521, 314-627-5519,and 805-309-5510. Some of the stuff is good, but I don't need it every 2 or 3 months.

then just tell them that!  if you have purchased films before with them then you are going to get calls from them...i asked them to call me once a year around christmas because we just cant afford it anymore...they are very nice and if you ask them to call you once a year they will...

Yes, Feature Films is legit, but they are also relentless. These telemarketers do not take no for an answer. The kids movies are good, but I just wish they wouldn't be so aggressive and heavy handed with their sales tactics. This is why people don't want to talk to them. This is also why they have to change their telephone number every few months.

we actually do not change our number every few months...we have so many lines...that's why we have so many different numbers...i understand some of your frustration...but please, just ask them to call once a year or tell them you want a cataloge, or that you can not afford it at this time.  We will work with you, you just need to work with us!  thanks

We made the mistake of buying a few movies from them and now they will NOT stop calling.  The worst part is that the guy who calls will NOT LISTEN when I say I'm busy or we aren't interested.  He just keeps spewing out his script without listening to anything I'm saying.  Now we're just plain turned off and won't purchase anything more.

The point is I do not have to work with you!

My parents have been receiving TONS of calls from this number (805-309-5510). They are relentless. So check this out:

They've also teamed up with the Dove Foundation (read it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Feature_Films_for_Families#Controversies), who attempted to "skirt the do-not-call list rules" of the National Do Not Call Registry (read it here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Do-Not-Call_Implementation_Act#Loopholes). They still "find" loopholes in states other than Missouri.

Anyways, I was trying to figure out how they might have gotten my parents' number. My parents just don't sign up for offers or share personal information like this. But then I remembered, I did sign then up for one service this past year: Netflix.

Netflix doesn't sell personal info, but their terms of use page reads "From time to time, we may partner with companies whose products we believe will interest our users". (http://www.netflix.com/PrivacyPolicy).

Not happy about this.

I have told your "customer friendly" (what a joke) representative to take my number off your list that I don't want any of your films!!!!!!!!  That request has not been fulfilled yet........if I get one more call this e-mail and the log I have of your repeated calls will be sent to the FTC and my lawyer for suit regarding violation of telemarketing laws..........get my point????

It's quite a scam. We have never rented a movie or bought a movie or heard of FFFF company. But they are willing to cut our bill down. SCAM!!!!!!

I have not signed up for any type of call like this.  This is not a land line.  I thought cell phones were off limits to these calls.

They also called me from a 312 number, too.

I've never bought anything from them, nor have heard of Feature Films until they called.

I just changed my phone number less than a week ago...and that's when I started getting calls from FFF.

I hung up on them, i wish they's stop the annoying calls. I don't have the desire to buy videos from them.

I have signed up on the national do not call list. Why the calls????

I received two phone calls yesterday. First call around noon but I did not answer and no message left. Second one in the evening and I talked with Jesse but it seemed like a recording with pauses for answers. When I asked what address they had for me, there was a pause then Amanda came on "to take over" for Jesse and gave an address I had lived at 8 years ago. I have a different phone number too for my cell phone but somehow they got it. When I said I had not lived there for several years and how did they get this number, she hung up.

I have been receiving calls from this number 2-4 times a day for the last three weeks.  I don't answer calls from numbers I don't know, and the caller never leaves a message.  I finally had a chance to look up the number, and see all your comments.

I am a member of Netflix (I have been for several years), and I really hope they aren't responsible for this.

I am on the Do Not Call registry, but I guess if they've partnered with Netflix, they technically aren't violating the registry.  (sigh)

I have just started getting these calls within the last couple of weeks or so.  I bought movies from them many years ago and not since.  They are relentless and I believe they are Mormons.  They need to stop calling; it's quite ridiculous.  They need to put their efforts into helping the people of Haiti or some other third world country that needs their help.
