yes, today left no message, and i cant find any info on who it is. I didnt call it back either

Have been calling several times a week for a while now, don't leave a message. I don't live in the part of the country covered by this area code, and they have yet to leave a message suggesting that it's a legitimate call.  I guess that telemarketers and almost illegal debt collectors can call themselves anything they want to when they set up a telephone number.

Got a call from this number today. They did not leave a message; the call id says Courier News.

It is the Sacramento Bee, selling their news paper.

DAMMIT!  How did they get my unlisted home number??  They've been trying to sell me their paper for three years now!

This phone number is a telemarketing firm that has been hired by The Sacramento Bee to sell subscriptions.

Their name is Tele Reach and they are calling not from the 805 area code, but from Oil City, PA . The are spoofing the caller ID boxes to show an 805 area code to deceive people into thinking they are here in CA. Maria Ravera is the VP for circulation and she's the one that made the decision to hire this company.  Please call her to complain 916-321-1615. Be sure to keep the numbers on your caller ID so that if necessary you can file a complaint against them and the Bee for this harassment.

just got a call today from this number no message left called back sounded like a scam strange thing was they said they are my local news paper name? hmm so i called the paper told them the story said yes the company works for them?? not happy with this BS local paper name is Staten island Advance.
