I received a second call from this number to my office phone.  The ID reads: ECHOSYSTEMS.  When the caller gets my voicemail, they say, "I can't hear you" in a high female voice and the call ends.

I DO NOT ANSWER THESE CALLS, BUT THEY DO GO TO MY VOICE MAIL BOX..

Received a call from this number(with a less than 1 second voice mail); returned call:  was told in a recorded message that "the party was unavailable". This was 30-45 seconds after receiving this call. Annoying. Who are these people and how do they get our numbers?

received call ,couldn't get a word in edgewise,why i stayed on is beyond me. when they asked my b-day ,i refused and they said thank you and hung up.

Yet another call from the "I can't hear you" lady?  These people seem to have more outbound phone numbers than there are minutes in the day.  

Word to the wise: it's a scam, and the "lady" on the other end of the line is probably a recording: either trying to keep you on the line until a real person is available to take the call, or else recording your answers for their own nefarious future use as long as you give the answers that the computer expects.  

They want all my info including my credit card number they said I won a 100 dollar gift card and a 50 dollar dining card I just hung up

I missed two calls from this number

I don't answer numbers I don't know or show up "unknow" etc. My message machine flashes but "it" did not leave a message.

Did not answer the call since they called on a cell phone that is used for emergency purposes only.

Reading the replies above it sounds like it easily could be a SCAM.  

According to one report on this page they wanted someone's credit card information to send them a gift card they had supposedly won.  Think about it, why would they want a persons credit card information to send them a gift card they had won.

Very real sounding lady with Filipino-ish accent. She says, "this is something something customer service. Please hold while I adjust the settings. Is this number, ###-###-####?"

I hung up after that.

I recently received the phone call and message and they said the same thing wanted my credit card or debit card number I can't go for that. So I hung up to.

yeah, weird "I cant hear you lady" from "customer service rewards department".

I recieved a vmail from this number and called it back and could not get through, on the vmail it says " I cant hear you" lol

I just got the same call for the first time today. My CID said Thousand Oak CA and she identified herself as Nicole. After her spiel she said "these cards are yours to keep, okay?" When I didn't answer, she said okay again, and a third time, before I hung up. That sounded like the start of an infinite loop to me.

Got a call from this # and told me I got a gift card w/ $100.  Also asked for my B-day and credit card info.  I hung up.

I got the call today, and it was hanged up after they heard my voice. I called back but it was restricted, and didn't go through.

This Acount is block recording... unwanted call plse. block number. 805 309-9793. Do not know anyone in Northern CA.

Got a call. Missed it but called back. All it said was "This account is blocked" over and over

I received a call from California and I answered they hung up, called back restricted and said account is blocked I dont understand this the third time.
