Answered phone with hello. They asked for me by my first name. So I said " this is a Govt phone. All calls are monitored and recorded. He immediately cut me off saying sorry and they would take my number off their list.

This Cambria VOIP number has attempted multiple unlawful contacts, each time without leaving a message.  Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) and other predators do this all the time.  That's why it's best to LET YOUR ANSWERING DEVICE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.

Identified as "the refinance company" Caller ID said Amerisave. Also robocalls from 805-436-0003 and 805-330-9620. Many hangups and no one on the line even when trying to answer. Very annoying. Other reports show different robocall scams from this number.
